Super cocky people. Say they know how to work on Volkswagen, and they know everything about them. Show them the 2008 model I'm driving and they immediately said "nope not working on that!"
Only Volkswagen's they know to work on are from the 60s, smh.
Wouldn't let me talk either, let alone explain what needed to be done to the car, saying it needed special tools before it could even be worked on. The part I needed replaced was a wheel hub . . . simple work , simple job no special tools , smh. Take your business and money elsewhere.

I was in Globe for a few days on the river, came back to start my car and head home and no start situation happened. I had it towed in to shop on a Friday afternoon and received a call Monday morning from Gus the owner saying it was fixed. Will never bring back a car here again. They diagnose it wrong 1,600 dollars later and no car! I told them I needed this noise checked out which they never did.then wanting to charge me six hundred dollars more to fix it. After they diagnosed my car wrong and still asking for more money. NEVER AGAIN

Hey, these mechanics and front desk people are the best.I pulled in for a minor repair thinking that I was going to get the NEXT WEEK BUDDY GET IN LINE as usual at most shops. Well I didn't get that. I was repaired and gone in less than an hour! Yeah an hour. These folks are the most awesome of AWESOME! Thanks again.

Save your money! was overcharged and not given the correct amount refunded, they used bailing and copper wire to reattach the bumper after losing a couple bolts, made multiple excuses then end up not correctly doing the work causing me to take it to a reliable mechanic that know what they’re doing.
