I had been searching for a small SUV for some time and test drove several. For various reasons didn’t ’fall in love’ until I drove my Subaru outback! Additionally I usually don’t like feeling ‘pressured’ by salespeople. However when I arrived at Subaru of Chandler I never felt ‘pressured’ at all. I met with Charlie Webb and oddly I approached him first and inquired about the vehicle I wanted to know more about. Mr Webb was just fabulous and I am forever grateful he was actually a salesperson! As it turned out-I did fall in love as soon as I drove ‘my’ Subaru. The staff, Charlie Webb and the finance team (I met with a Mr. Darby? And he was fantastic too) make purchasing so effortless! (For the record I was stressed!). I have not purchased a new vehicle and had so many questions! They were patient and informative and NO PRESSURE was given at any point! Absolutely would recommend not only the dealership but the vehicles! I just love my outback! I was receiving information and tips and tricks before leaving on ‘how to’ and getting ‘signed up’ for my introduction to my vehicle class -which can occur with in the next 14 -30 days of purchase to learn additional tips that one may forget or not yet know. Love that place! Love my new car!!

Overall a good shopping experience. The people seemed knowledgeable about the product. I paid what I felt was a fair price. One of the things that I really appreciated is they invited me back to the dealership (or on-line) for a complete run-through of the car’s features and technology after having driven it for 2 weeks. I learned a lot about the car’s features during that follow-up and I really appreciated it

I was referred to this dealership from their sister store in Surprise. This dealership had an Outback I was interested in purchasing. I met with Luciano (salesperson) and Mike (sales manager). One of the best car purchase experiences I've ever had. They were honest, transparent, professional and knowledgeable. No gimmicks, tricks or pressure. Just good, old fashioned customer service. This is a family owned dealership and it shows in their employees. I purchased an Outback that was a very fair deal for both sides. Highly recommend Luciano, Mike and this dealership.

I have always been a huge fan of this Subaru store- and the employees and even the owner Richard- however I am so disappointed in the level of "service" from the service department. My mom has an outback that I have tried to bring in for service/schedule service numerous times. She needed a new tire about 6 weeks ago when I called in for that I told the service writer that she also needed her a/c checked as it wasn't blowing cold air. He informed me that wouldn't be available for at least 3 weeks but that I could get the tire fixed through express. I chose that option had it replaced and moved on. Fast forward through the hot summer in AZ and I knew I had to get the A/C handled for my mom. I called in again and asked for a price for several pieces of the A/C to be replaced. I had taken it elsewhere, they gave me a quote and I wanted to see if Subaru was close to that as we like using the dealer that we bought from. The girl that answered informed me that she couldn't give me a price it had to come from a service writer- I let her know that I would appreciate a call in the next few hours as I was going to price check. She informed me that yes I would. Never received a call - that was two weeks ago- I even provided my moms info so they would have the auto information. Literally Subaru has turned into the worst service experience that I've seen. To say we are disappointed is an understatement especially when servicing customers used to be important.

I will not be back, and I certainly wouldn't purchase here again. Zero stars and very disappointed long time customers

All of the staff at Subaru Superstore are welcoming and professional. They continuously updated me on the status of my car during servicing. They went over all of the work that was completed on my car with me before I left. I have nothing but the best to say about their service.

I absolutely love all the people at this store. From the homies in repairs, to the sales people, Especially Caitlin, she’s the best sales person I’ve dealt with. Her manager not so much, and the financial people are just hogwash swill drinkers. Just can’t understand how I come with a loan already done and these pickle eaters decide “hey we still need to run your credit”. No, you don’t, but they still did it without my permission or else I couldn’t take the car home AFTER the paperwork was already done and my bank loan check was already signed over. So screw the financial side folks. But everyone else was great!

Most of my experiences with dealerships have not been the most positive, but that changed with Subaru Superstore of Chandler. I bought an Outback in 2017 and they were very helpful, no pressure, and got me what I wanted! Recently, I have been bringing my wife's Subaru Baja there for service - our service representative, Lily Carbis, has been amazing every time! Truly top notch customer service. Thank you again! We will definitely be coming back!
