We had an awesome time at Grail Collectibles today! We celebrated our son's 8th birthday at the shop. Chris, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. He put together personalized gift bags for all 10 kids (his idea!) The kids loved "wheeling and dealing" with him after they opened their packs. There seriously aren't enough words to describe how awesome this place is. Great selection of Pokemon and sports cards. Super clean and welcoming. Awesome spot, can't wait to get back there! Thanks for everything Chris!

Beware of buying cards on their website. I had seen a very nice Misty's Gyarados, for a super great price and decided to pull the trigger on the purchase. When the card arrived at my home it DID NOT match the card that was displayed on the website(condition wise). I understand that all sales are final and I should have done my due diligence to go down to the store and see the card for myself, but cards shown on the website should absolutely match what is sent out. The first photo posted is what was on the website and the second photo is what I received. I'll never buy online from them again.

Visited Grail Collectibles this weekend with a friend. Extremely comfortable shop to browse and interact with. Purchased and traded in the few visits. Absolutely honest and transparent in their trades. Highly recommend giving their store a visit. Tons of singles to browse, binders to flip through, sealed products to pick up. Awesome people running the shop! Will be going back to expand my collection.

This was my first visit. I came in and bought some UltraPro Toploaders and 3 Crown Zenith Mini Tins. I thought it seemed like a good place for Pokemon collectors until I got home and noticed the Mini Tins are resealed. None of them have the dotted line in the plastic. I plan on bringing them back tomorrow for a refund. We'll see how that visit goes.

There is something really wholesome about the Pokemon card collecting community. Especially us “geriatric millennials” just trying to push back existential dread through booster purchases…
The guys who run Grail absolutely emulate the joy, kindness, and humble nerd vibes of that community.
Don’t bother getting cards- singles, boosters, or box sets elsewhere- Grail prices have used media stores beat; especially with their single card buys. Although those are good spots for bulk commons.
Grail has got vintage, alt arts, even vintage Japanese cards, etc. a dollar up. And they are constantly filling those binders up with fresh stock. ?
The guys there are super knowledgeable and most importantly- they genuinely care about their costumers and the products they sell.
They also have baseball cards but like…I’m not about that life.

They are the very best, like no one ever was!

I have been to this shop a total of 3 times. The first time I had a great experience, I sold a couple base set cards I had and bought a few ex cards to add to my collection, great overall. The second time I went in I was greeted by a different gentleman (can’t remember his name but he had long hair in a pony tail and claimed to have been working there for over 4 years) and I had some first edition cards that I had brought that were in near mind condition. And I spoke to a different gentleman on the phone prior to coming in and told him about my cards, he said he’d be happy to take a look at them and to come on by. But when I got there I got a different gentleman and he didn’t even bother to take the time to look at what I had, and said that they weren’t buying currently. So I left and came back a little more then a week later with the same cards and was greeted by the same long haired gentleman, he told me that he really wouldn’t be able to buy many of my cards but would still “look” at them and then offered me 8$ cash for the total lot of 9 first editions even though they all at 50% of lightly used market value would’ve been worth roughly 40$. I took the cash and left but needless to say it was disheartening to find out I was paid the price for damaged or heavily used cards compared to lightly used as they were near mint condition. I will never be back again go to Primetime card and collectibles where they have far more variety and far more knowledgeable staff.

Googled card shops near me and this was one of the few open a bit earlier so I could make it in today. Walked in with a stack of cards to get trade credit and was greeted right away and super friendly. Donated about 500 cards in a neat tin for some kids to get for free. Scooped up some nice cards as well. I felt super welcomed and the shop was VERY clean. Thanks!
