Middle of the road 99 Ranch Market. It's not as big as some I have been to in Texas but nicer than the H Mart in Mesa.

I went there looking for strawberry Kit Kat, and to my shock, they didn't have any Kit Kats of any flavor ?.

They did, however, have a good selection of snacks, including my favorite potato chips from the Philippines.

First time visiting Ranch Market, and I was thoroughly impressed! The store has an amazing selection of fresh seafood, high-quality vegetables, and a wide variety of restaurants inside. I loved seeing all the different types of produce, especially the unique and diverse Asian food items that aren't always easy to find elsewhere. Everything was fresh and vibrant, and it made shopping an enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was lively, and the customer service was friendly. I definitely recommend Ranch Market for anyone looking for quality groceries and a taste of something different!

My family and I frequently go to the ranch market every weekend. Not to shop here but to eat at the small food court they have right when you enter. There’s an amazing selection of Chinese, Korean and Japanese cuisine. The taste is on point for a lot of the selections, and the price is cheaper than buying from the restaurants outside along the strip.

I only visited the 85° bakery here, but I hope when I come back I'll be able to visit the other stores here, the bakery itself was wonderful. Wonderful! A grace selection of tasty baked goods, a feast for both the eyes, and the stomach. I definitely plan on coming here again when I come back to Arizona.

Awesome Asian market. Love going around and seeing new things and then looking up recipes to use them in. Also, there are some interesting restaurants and a bakery inside. Have had some very delicious food from these places. Will continue to come here for the awesome food and experience.

Lots of great instant ramen options and the hot food inside is also good. It wasn’t difficult to find help as an English speaker. They had plenty of staff that could find products we saw on tiktok ?

It used to be a 5-star review UNTIL my visit in late April. I was buying fish at the seafood station, and only one staff there who walked as slow as possible and using a minute to change a glove. No line and no rule! When two more staffers joined to help, they didn’t even ask who are next but giving whoever they like to serve. When I asked them I have standing here for a long time and why don’t you ask who is next? And the male staff around 60-70 year old started questioning me for giving him hard time for his 1st minute job! I don’t want to swear but it’s my first time to interact with such unprofessional and rude staffer in any grocery store. And there was an Asian customer next to me calmed me down and told me they are always like this. You had to get used to it. Can’t believe a store would allow such employees morale and service like this low. It’s not just the rude senior staff, it’s the two staffers working in the seafood station reminds me how people hate their jobs! I gave one star to the cashiers. So many shoppings I had no problem with the cashiers. But one rude staff, I am done. And won’t recommend anyone to pay premium (overall pricy than other Asia markets) only because of the nice decor and layout. I really want to swear even as I am writing!

5-star Review before April 2024: Best Ranch 99 I’ve been to. I went to different Ranch 99 in Washington and California over the years. By far, the only one Ranch 99 in Arizona surprises me the most with its cleanliness and neatly layout.

There are plenty of parking during a busy weekend. The LED lighting makes the groceries look nicer. A lot of food options to have a quick dinning experience. The bakery offers many Asian-style breads, a great option for a creative breakfast experience to your picky-eater kids.

I appreciate the increasing number of Asian markets in the area, and I have enjoyed the selection of food items at this particular store during my visits. However, I have noticed that the customer service at the checkout can often be minimal or, at times, unfriendly. This has deterred me from visiting as frequently as I would like.. I prefer to drive out a little further to Lee Lee's or H-Mart usually.
