This is a great little store. My wife and I always enjoy shopping here during our trips to Jerome and everyone at this store is extremely friendly, nice, and welcoming. Their assortment is great and I love buying unique gifts for my family here. Every time I come here the owner makes a point of coming out and thanking me for visiting and is so polite and nice. I see her do this with every customer. It’s just so nice to see customer service like this still exists. If you visit Jerome, I strongly recommend including a visit to this store.

Me and my wife visited this store in Jerome recently. It was amazing! So much fun Christmas ornaments and other Christmas items. The customer service was excellent. The new owners have really taken it to new heights. A must to see when visiting Jerome.

This store was to be the highlight of our drive to Jerome, we visited this store and purchased from here before. On this occasion, the lady at the counter accused our son of breaking an item and went on a rant about it.

Now accidents happen, I can't say for sure that her claim was true as I didn't see it occur. As parents, we would have gladly paid for the item, but instead she removed it from the storefront and went after our son and his father.

Unacceptable on all levels!!! There is always a calm resolve to situations like these, she did not remain composed or in check.

How disappointing for such a quaint town, for our visit to be overshadowed by a basement-dwelling troll with absolutely no customer appreciation at all.

The Grinch stole Christmas and resides here in Jerome. Shame on this business owner, you really should consider turning this store into an online store, a museum or even bettet yet, do this community a favour and close your doors! Give way to a welcoming business inviting to those who take the time to drive up here.

Don't ever shop here, it is not worth the steps down from street level.

Pretty sad that we had to remind her to behave like an adult in front of our 14 year-old son. We left Jerome and do not plan on visiting again.

Cutest little Christmas shop and they even have Halloween stuff. The owner is amazing so friendly and had a few great stories of the history of the shop. This is a definite great place to stop and shop, best way to remember your trip every year as you decorate for the holidays with a souvenir from vacation.

October 2nd, 2024, we decided to make a trip to Jerome and show the kids what a lovely heritage town this is. We had visited years two years prior and had a lovely encounter with an employee that was not only cheerful, but caring and helpful. So we decided to go back again this year. Of course this was not the only reason we went to Jerome, however I assure you it was the only reason we left after stopping in this store.

My son who just turned 14 was accused of breaking a item in her store. She was not only creating a scene, she was embarrassing and humiliating a 14 year old boy who nearly reached tears. I calmly asked her what exactly did he break. She then proceeded to walk to a "Stuffed figurine" that had a small piece of Christmas garland on it that he admitted in touching and fell off. The true value and repair of this was nothing more than a couple of dollars. Whatever the case was, I was prepared to pay for this mishap and my son went as far as saying he would pay for it too. It was at this point she grabbed this figurine and said "you know what? Forget it" took the figurine, went to the back of the store and threw it into what appeared to be a storage room. The entire time I am looking at my son and her and concluded exactly who the juvenile was in this situation, and it wasn't him.

Case and point; the value of this damage was negligible and could have very easily been resolved, she attempted to scold my son, it was then I intervened and kindly reminded her that I am the parent, not her. She went on and on and on continuing to embarrass him, make a fool of herself; I was honestly waiting for her to start stomping her feet like a child.

After reflecting upon this absurd situation, I recall her watching us (me, my son, my daughter and partner) and seeing all these little notes everywhere "Do not touch" as if we were shopping at a jewelry store. lets face it, it's a high end glue gun craft fair; and takes little to no skill to operate it. It was clear we were targets for this warden, and its even more clear why she operates this store in the bowels of a building. Shame on her and I pitty any children or youth she encounter's. Disgraceful business conduct; she needs to be shipped back to pasture with the rest of the cows.
