An elderly lady was there during the two times we visited and she was so sweet and helpful. I even had my kids with me and we looked all around the store. I came back the next day and got a fun wine topper for my aunt as a gift, we were once again greeted nicely and helped.

I would give it 1 star for customer service - the cashier or owner made it obvious she didn't want my business. Very rude... after reading all of the reviews, the most recent ones mention a rude cashier or owner. Well she's still here and I came into contact with her!
I did buy something despite how rude she was to me. Two stars because the shop had something i wanted, BUT I wouldn't go back here and wouldn't recommend the store.
I'm sure this lady wasn't always this sour. I hope she gets past whatever she is going through

The owner was rude. We did buy somethings here, but after thought i should have walked out. She actually said " Americans are hard to please people "! And said she was glad she didnt need our money. But boy she took it when we bought those items. I bought them because i liked them. But as far as supporting this store... i would not recommend it.

Rude clerk, who I suspect was the owner, asked us why we didn't buy anything and then had the gall to tell us not to go in any others shops because if we didn't like she had we wouldn't like any of the other shops. Surprise lady, we spent a couple of hundred dollars in the other gift shops with much more pleasant staff.

Beautiful shop with great merchandise selection. Owner was so helpful and friendly and voluntarily added a discount . i left with a big smile on my face. i would definitely go back and recommend it to my friends . loved it loved it loved it.
