Brought my 25' Crossroads travel trailer to Galpin last week for some routine maintenance, and was so impressed with the service staff that I decided to take advantage and do some needed upgrades, all of which I was pleased with, including some electrical and hitch work. My thanks to Joe, Bill, Nathan, Josiah and others for their help and insights of various kinds, and I love this new video maintenance check walk through. Y'know, some of these places you kinda wonder if they really look at all of the stuff. These guys are my new favs, I'd say check them out if you need service in the Verde Valley.

I have had an excellent experience with Galpin. Jeremy in sales and Nate in service went far above their jobs. I am a first time RV owner. The sales & service worked in perfect tandem to make sure that my rig was great working order AND gave me hands on info to be a confident solo traveler in my RV.

Not only did they take great care of me but even reached out to my sister, who is as confident, to help her on her first travel in the RV.

The staff are honest and authentic. That is important to me. There was no high pressure. They were honest and gave me choices.

Scheduled bearing pack and suspension raise 2 weeks in advance and let them know I'm a full timer. Brought it in at 10:30. They took their time getting the bearings done and started the suspension raise too late in the day. The mechanic gave up and said it was a pain in the butt.
So he put everything back together to original. They charged me three hundred dollars for the time he spent taking it apart and putting back together. You would think if you're paying a shop 185 an hour that their mechanics would be qualified to do a simple job and get it done on time. I had to order the parts myself because their parts department could not find a basic wheel seal. They said to call back when somebody else was working.Tried multiple days in a row, no luck. Update- mechanic left brake line rubbing against tire causing all fluid loss and loss of brakes. Discovered 100 miles into trip.

My wife and I took a cross country trip from Louisiana to the Pacific ocean and stopped in Sedona. We had an issue with a Jack and our air conditioning back to back days. After googling Galpin auto and RV, I made an appointment @Galpin. The service technicians and service department at Galpin are top-tier. Hands-down old school, work ethic and values, I could not speak higher of a business. My wife and I were back on the road just under an hour . I would drive twice as far just to get the Galpin auto and arc stamp of approval on any repair or accessory needed for your camper.

I damaged my toy hauler passing through Cottonwood and Nick was able to get me right in. The service department, Eric, Nick, Joe and staff worked diligently to get me back on the road. While the service department worked on my old toy hauler, Ryan and the sales force with Jeremy and Zach, worked up a deal on a replacement toy hauler that I could not resist. Again, Eric and Joe in service worked hard to get my new unit ready to roll with Alex in parts providing all of the little goodies that made the new toy hauler mine. I highly recommend Galpin RV!

Had a 5th wheel hitch installed on my truck last week. The parts department worked out a fair price, and service got me right in to get the install completed. I ran into a small issue removing the hitch, and upon returning to the service department, they got it sorted out and explained the issue. Overall, a great experience using Galpin. These guys, Joe, Eric and Mason, are terrific, We had a catastrophic air system failure on our coach They sent out a tech, Mason, he found the problem very quickly, busted air line. Part was ordered arrived the next day and Mason installed it. Very happy with their service response and tech knowledge. Highly recommend Galpin.

I have to say that my buying experience at Galpin Rv meet all my expectations. My salesman Jeremy Welborn was very professional. Jeremy helped me secure financing before I arrived from out of state and graciously resubmitted paperwork to make a last minute choice to purchase a larger unit.
Additionally Joe in the service department and Jeremy my salesman were amazing and went out of their way to quickly resolve a minor issue discovered on day 2 of ownership. Ultimately the extra effort made by the team at Galpin RV made my buying experience A+.
