It’s really rare to find passionate individuals that truly care about what they do. I wish we weren’t from out of town because we found just that here when bringing our baby peanut to get her nails trimmed. She has a partially collapsed trachea and she took very good care of her knowing about that. Took her time with each paw and gave her reassurance that everything was okay. The affection and overall attention she gave our little girl was truly beyond what you see from most groomers these days. She made me feel as if she was taking care of her own. You have a rare gem at your facility and I can’t thank her enough for the care she gave our peanut.

Would not recommend the grooming. I took our 18 week puppy for her first grooming. I expressed how I want her head left alone and to just trim her body. Michael the groomer did the complete opposite. Her head looks like a hack job and not even blinded. Michael also said they couldn’t do her body because her adult coat is coming in and her adult coat is darker than her top coat, um what? The bandana picture was taken before going into the groomer.

This is a really nice Petsmart store. The customer service is top-notch. I want to give a shout-out to the store manager Samantha. She is kind and very helpful. Thanks Sam and keep up the great work!

We purchased a Guniea Pig from this petsmart about a month and a half ago. Unfortunately last night, she passed away unexpectedly. She seemed to have a seizure and pass in the course of a few minutes. She was already greatly loved, I called in to see if they'd be able to do anything for us, as we previously purchased bearded dragons, and they had health issues from the breeder, which petsmart had confirmed with us after we enquired about it. I wasn't to happy with the first individual who I spoke to on the phone, as she it seemed she was more trying to lay the blame on us, then really care about or show sympathy. She instructed me to come in later and talk to Sam. Sam was absolutely amazing, very empathetic and happy to help/share some more information, and try to offer recommendations on which products might be better than others in regards to food, bedding, and what not. Sam set us up with another guinea pig, and did it on the house. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the help I received from Sam, and she made the whole experience feel a little less hard due to losing our sweet guiena pig. Thank you Sam!!!! You deserve a raise! Also the other individual who was working at the time came up and talked to us about her pigs and how she recently lost one. She was very sweet, and made us feel better as well!

Took Chewbacca Von McWolferson here to be groomed and Destiny did a great job. His coat is well combed and shiny. His nails are nicely trimmed. Other than being really excited to see me again he seemed really relaxed.
