I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I received during my recent visit to Curacao. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident, as I've experienced poor service on multiple visits. On my latest trip, I witnessed a disturbing interaction between employees that left a sour taste.

While being helped by Sabrina, a friendly and knowledgeable employee who showed excellent customer service, her coworker Roxanna yelled across the store, summoning Sabrina in a disrespectful manner. The way Roxanna spoke to Sabrina, who is older and deserving of respect, was unacceptable. As someone who values kindness and respect towards elders, I was offended by Roxanna's behavior.

Despite this unpleasant encounter, Sabrina's exceptional service and warm demeanor made a positive impact. She was helpful, friendly, and genuinely interested in assisting me. I ended up purchasing a tote bag and Burberry perfume, and my brother also made a purchase due to Sabrina's excellent sales skills.

However, the overall experience was marred by Roxanna's behavior and the lack of attention to customer service. I hope Curacao takes steps to train their employees on basic manners, respect, and customer service skills. Until then, I'm hesitant to return.

Patty, was amazing she helped up picked the crib. Brought the furniture out to the front. She’s was very personable and friendly. 5/5 the best service ever, I can’t wait to see her at their new location.She’s a keeper !!!

Went to the Tucson Mall Location on 10-25-24 not sure sometime around 4-6pm and had asked for a price for a hello kitty PINK mirror for my gf and was given the worst customer service I’ve experienced in so long. There were a group of women near the area that worked for Curaçao and once looking over they all looked away when I needed help, then I had to walk up and ask for pricing, they all literally stood there and gave off such an energy that none of them wanted to do it, and seriously the first thing once one walks to me she says “what” and I was honestly in shock I almost thought I was set up for some kind of joke, I continued to be civil and I walked over to the area where the hello kitty mirror was and I said the PINK MIRROR about a handful of times and this woman literally chose the PURPLE one and I just thought all was so ridiculous at this point and I left, the two others that were with me and I definitely will be sharing this story around and will NOT be coming back to this Curaçao. Childlike immature employee experience to the fullest.

Went to visit the location a couple weeks ago as I was looking for some advice on gaming computers for my son and apple products for my wife as both of their birthdays are in June. There was a lady I asked for assistance who was kind of rude and standoffish and then a young man, Angel, provided me opinions and insight to which would be a perfect fit! Great store, mostly great employees and great selection (better than best buy). Worth the visit!

Still waiting to hear back from someone on what you plan to do, since I've been at this since December of 2023. Charging me for 6 months of at&t prepaid service only for you to not provide the services I paid for. I've been stellar at paying my bills, cannot say the same for your piss poor management and customer service.

I went in on Thursday and got a television from Brandon Lopez
He was amazing and fast he knew what size and brand that would be perfect for my dad's room
I am completely satisfied with Brandons customer service he cared about us and our needs and made sure to solve them we ended up getting a Sony instead of a Samsung and it connected to our PlayStation with Sony connect and looks amazing ?
