I've been a loyal customer of this store for a long time, but my recent visit left me feeling a bit uncomfortable. When I went to try on clothes, one staff member mentioned that the temporary fitting room needed to be 'set up’. Just as I was about to try on the clothes, the same staff member suddenly told me that I should have left my bag outside, and before I could respond, they quickly took my bag from me. I would have been happy to leave my bag outside if I had known earlier, but the abruptness of the situation made it feel uncomfortable. I hope the store can work on clearer communication, as a more considerate approach would have made the experience much smoother.

went into this shop and asked if a dress was a cover up or a dress to wear out and this girl looked me up and down and said we don't carry large here and walked away. then her and the other employees were just staring us down not offering to help or anything. keep in mind we are all bigger and just felt very unwelcomed. customer service needs to be trained here, i was so embarrassed i brought my family here just to be made fun of or feel bad for our weight.

I have visited collette clothing many times throughout my college career as I was a university of Arizona student. It is my go to shop on campus, along with Boutique 816. The product at the store is always trendy, up to date, quality, and appropriately priced on a college student budget. Every time I go, I find items that I am so excited about bringing home and I always receive compliments while wearing my purchases. Additionally, the employees are the absolute best. The girls who work there are always so welcoming, and they help me find everything I need. We always have awesome conversation which leads to an overall wonderful shopping experience. I’m so excited that they have an online store so that I can continue shopping while off campus. Love Collette and their sister store on the same block, Boutique 816!

Today I went in to do a little shopping with my sister and there was an associate that greeted and was very friendly at the beginning. She took items for my sister to the fitting room. While my sister tried on clothes I got up and browsed around she started to follow me so I decided to sit down on the chair in front of the fitting room. The associate stood there the whole time that my sister was trying on clothes. She made me feel watched and very uncomfortable I hope the owner of this boutique speaks to all associates and there is a border line of customer service and hovering over people. We did end up buying an outfit but the experience was very uncomfortable and I felt not welcome there.

my boyfriend took me shopping downtown and we stopped by this cute little store! the lady was super sweet and super helpful and she pointed me out to the sweetest lavender floral dress & im in love with it!! I recommend you visit this store ?

Stopped by with our 14 year old daughter yesterday. The employee, Gabby, was awesome. She was very helpful and attentive. What a contrast to our experience with Boutique 816 down the street, which was horrible. Good job Gabby!

Love this place! I went in to buy a swimsuit and the employees were super nice and helpful. I usually feel pretty insecure when trying on swimsuits, but they made me feel super confident and happy!
