BUYER BEWARE If there was an option to choose zero stars I would. These people lied through their teeth when they sold me an RV. Then they stripped it out of any moveable accessories before I picked it up. They told me the roof was maintenance annually.. The first rain and everything inside was soaked. The roofers I hired said the roof had never been touched. They lied about the smoke alarms.. they don't work... they lied about every safety precaution required by law and insurance in order to sell the RV.... OWNERS SELLING _ BEWARE Your name is on that title the buyer receives... You are just as much at fault to all the lies if you allow these people to represent you to sell your RV. There are better consignment RV lots in Kingman. Don't get caught in a law suit because you used these railroaders to sell your RV.

Was told the owner was very nice & reasonable, easy to work with. We put a $500 deposit on a 5th wheel & told them we should have the other 29k by the 1st. He understood that there was a possibility it make take just a little longer. Called him on the 30th & said we would need a little more time. He said sorry but I've had people with the cash in hand wanting it. So he got our $500 & listed it for sale the next day. Week later it's still for sale. Sure wish I could watch when KARMA shows up.

Manning, the supposedly owner did not respect a deal with us, coming from San diego, About 6 hours driving away, he sold the rv to other people whom appear while we were buying things for the trip back to San diego to tow my car with the rv, he solved to other people for supposedly more money, we stay over night, and regardless he broke the deal! What type of person is that? Dishonest, he has no word! No integrity at all! Stay away from this people!

Fine Fine

NO STARS - what a nightmare STAY AWAY I have a complaint with the attorney general's office. They told me "everything runs perfectly", had given them a deposit. Idling fine. Went in, AC would not power by generator, water pump missing, lights would not turn on. AC in cab was blowing hot air could not turn it off. Negotiated a slightly lower price, while they were all blabbing at each other in what turned out to be Roma - Romanian. Drove off. Didn't get 600 ft before it died. Nursed it back and the owner told me tough luck, we only consign we don't own so we don't guarantee quality. Contacted the previous owner of the RV who confirmed that he'd sold it to them. They are liars. Turned out that there was inches of bad gas in the tank. I had it towed after trying to nurse it out of there again.

I won't bother telling you how much all that cost. These people are crooks. I'm writing letters to everyone and hope they have their license pulled. I get that it's too late for me, but save yourself. DON'T GO THERE.

I believe it to be 100% true - any positive reviews are from their families. These people do not know how to make a good deal, or care.

We bought a Fifth Wheel from Mohave RV Park and Sell.
We had a great experience with them. You have to be patient with the way the transaction happens, because you're dealing with the Park and Sell AND the Owner of the trailer. The RV Owner holds the Title and Keys. My understanding anyway, that's what happened with us, We DID GET THE Title when we met with the owner. Very nice people, went out of their way to meet on our schedule! Thank You

We got scammed! Paid them almost $8,000 in cash for a trailer and never received the signed title or registration. All we got was a Bill of Sale and a promise that they were going to handle it. Now MVD says they won't grant us registration until they receive the paperwork from the seller. We have called several times and the seller tells us they are working on it, even after it has been past 40 days. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend to anyone.
By the way-other reviews are from the owners' family members to jack up the ratings.

We went to see an RV and was greeted by a 10 year old asking how he could help us. I stated we had contacted someone to see an RV. The 10 year old said he was with another customer. We walked around the lot and found the RV in question but another couple was looking at it. Before we had a chance to see inside, the 10 ten old comes and tells us its been sold and asks us if there was any other vehicles we would like to look at. Since I have a problem doing business with children I said no and walked away. Another couple drove in and said I should look at the best class c motorhome they had on the lot. I looked inside and it was very nice but I was so irritated that a child was sent to do business with us that I refused to see any good or give them my business. I am sure the owners are very nice people as they seemed very pleasant. But I don't it is appropriate that their sales personnel have their children interacting with adults who are there to spend tens of thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, and even though it was twice as much as the original RV we went to see, I probably would have purchased it had I not been so irritated by our treatment.

WARNING ⚠️ THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I flew into Arizona from Pennsylvania to purchase a motorhome gave a $1000 deposit . From the pictures all looked good. Silvia Miller said everything was in perfect condition, 1 owner and no issues at all. Once i arrived in my rental car, i noticed a huge crack in windshield, she never mentioned that. The motorhome didn't even start, slides didn't work, carpets had stains, water damage etc...also her claim to 1 owner was a scam, there were 6 previous owners. Found this out doing a carfax prior to going and told her about it, she claimed she didn't know. Of course I didn't buy the motorhome and left. She then reposted the motorhome again, saying 1 owner knowing full well there were 6. The police are now investigating this woman and said they get calls all the time. But now they have proof she is scamming, we sent the police the carfax. They said they will be working on taking away her license with this proof of false advertising.
No need to conduct business in this manner. Being truthful and honest always brings out the best in people and business.
I hope she will do the right thing and gives back the $1000 deposit
I will update this post if she does to let you all know.
