super rude employees!!!! Working in retail and knowing how you should be representing your brand and experiencing such weird behavior from the workers for no reason is super sad. The clothes are cute and not too bad of a price (like pacsun) but the atmosphere in there makes you not even wanna step foot in there !

It was my first visit to Cotton. The store is geared for younger women. It carried clothing and accessories. I bought a couple of cute tote bags for $2 each. A robe for $7. The sales were great. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. I would come back to Cotton and shop more.

I've never shopped here before & decided to go in and look around. I had a few questions about sizing (since we cant try on) & the employees were annoyed by me even speaking to them. I ended up buying a few things and as I walked out my bag ripped so I had to ask for a new one, the employee rolled her eyes & walked away. Overall, horrible customer service.

Horrible employees. The manger said, “Hey love bug, do you have a mask?” Which was not cute or professional, then he kicked me out because I didn’t have a mask. My friends inside said he let two teens came in with out masks right after me. Obviously, he was biased and didn’t understand or care the mask policy in Tucson has changed. This store is ?

When I lived in Tucson I loved this store. After recent visit I realize that it's going downhill with clothing options, not a thing I would wear!
