I was contacted by Kevin about buying my 2020 Traverse. I replied to his letter and we decided to go for it. The process of ordering the car I wanted was painless. Took some time but Kevin kept me updated. We finally picked up the car on 9/23/24. At this point we met Miguel the salesman. We were pleased with the experience. Miguel entertained my oldest son who was pestering him with lots of questions and videos. Kevin made good on all the terms we discussed. Overall we’re very happy and LOVE our new Traverse.
