Not much stuff as expected. Especially for baby stuff. Maybe there’s a catalog.

The toys were simple.

Not my style kinda store.

In the back is a section for baby then girls then boys then the other half of the store is for preteen.

If I could post NEGATIVE stars for this pathetic excuse of a company I would. Over the years, my husband and I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids, back in June of this year, we purchased $7,000.00 worth of playroom furniture and accessories. It has been nothing short of a nightmare since we placed an order.

Every item, at the time of purchase showed "in stock". And within a week, items started to show on my account backordered. Given the recent supply chain issues, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and patiently waited for 3 months for about 75% of the items to be delivered. My husband installed as much as he could. We recieved the kitchen stove and sink that was assembled by a third party Pottery barn hired, and it was put together incorrectly, but I was STILL willing to overlook our experience thus far. We waited for custom curtains, a table and a set of chairs for another two months. I went online to check the status of the remaining items, custom curtain order was canceled without any explanation. I decided at this point to call customer service to see what was going on and to also let them know the kitchen stove was incorrectly installed and now broken and to provide pictures to get this escalated. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. The kid had no information on why the curtains were canceled and why the additional items were showing on backorder and didn't seem too concerned about the furniture issues, installed incorrectly and now broken. I asked for a manager email or contact information to file a complaint. He said he doesn't have that information and his resolve to calm my irritation? Offered me 15% off my next order. Lmfao!!!! What incentive would I have to purchase from this running joke of a buisness ever again? Waited patiently for the remaining furniture. Chairs arrived just a few days ago. Waited on the table that has constantly been changing the delivery date. I just went online today, it is now showing backorder until March of 2024!!!!!

Pottery Barn, you are a bunch of sellouts. You've lost your once elite reputation of providing quality products with exceptional customer service. You've lost our business, and will continue to lose the business of thousands of people. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Extremely dissatisfied & disappointed with my recent Backpack purchase. I place an order in PLENTY of time to get my kiddos bags PRIOR to the start of school. Today I received two but I ordered 3. Come to find out the 3rd bag is on back order and won’t deliver till the END of November which is clearly not going to work since my child starts school 7/19. Today is 7/15 SOMEONE should have reached out to me, I should have gotten a call or email at minimum saying HEY THIS IS ON BACK ORDER! instead I’m stuck scrambling to try and get my child a backpack before school starts! This is UNACCEPTABLE.

2 Customer Service Reps stated I SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED BUT THEY CAN SEE I WAS INFACT NOT NOTIFIED!

SHERRI WAS UNHELPFUL AND CHOSE TO TRANSFER MY CALL TO THE FURNITURE DEPARTMENT!

When I got to to the 3rd representative she said NEITHER the first nor second rep I had spoken to left ANY NOTES on my account to show I had even spoken to them.

I sat waiting for over a hour to speak to a Supervisor because your rep couldn’t get her own Supervisor to respond! Jose the supervisor was in the middle of a personal call so I needed to wait for him to take my call (which he never did).

I had the option of ordering a different backpack but I would have to pay an additional $26.00 for rush shipping! Are you kidding me? How the heck is any of this fair to me as the customer? First you don’t even notify me that the backpack was back ordered then you want to charge me an additional $26 to RUSH a different bag to me This is the absolute WORST customer service interaction I have ever had with PBK.

It isn’t just the lack of assistance that I got it’s the Lack of leadership support your own customer service team has that shows me why your team has the inability to provide problem resolution and create a positive experience for a customer.

I purchased an item online and went to the store to pick-up my order. I made online purchases before but had never been to the store. I arrived with my toddler and we greeted the associates. The sales representatives acknowledged us and then sat down at their computers. At no point did they ask if we needed assistance. I had to interrupt their conversation after standing awkwardly near their desks to request my order. When I asked, one of them had a look of shock on her face. I am not sure why, perhaps I didn't fit the PB Mom profile. They should know that I spent $900 on my children's bedding and only a portion of my order was sent to their store. I hope that when I pickup the rest of my order at the other store, those sales representatives are more polite. PB, you are not the only place I can buy organic cotton bedding, I will search for another business if your staff are not more friendly in the future.

If you want your furniture to arrive on time, go somewhere else.

I ordered 3 pieces of baby furniture in September, all of which were labeled as "in stock and ready to ship" with an expected delivery date in November.

Nothing arrived in November. There was no communication about the status of my order. Now it's almost February. After dozens of calls and hours on the phone with Pottery Barn, I have 2 of 3 pieces and my baby is due any day. There is no end in sight for the 3rd piece we are waiting on.

It has been a stressful experience with little to no empathy from the Pottery Barn Kids staff. Expecting a baby can be a stressful time, I do not recommend adding the burden of Pottery Barn Kids' incompetency to your pregnancy.

Jessica in the Scottsdale location is fantastic and you can truly tell her passion and dedication to this store. It’s frustrating that corporate doesn’t seem to support the store with the right stock for clients in store needs. I just about everything I come in store to purchase isn’t avabile but I always try to order thru the store to help the store succeed. If we all keep ordering online these fun storefront will sadly be no more. If you do get the chance to shop in store ask for Jessica you won’t be disappointed!

I purchased a kids play set online and it arrived broken. I spoke to customer service and instead of them making it right and sending a replacement or offering a refund, my only option was for me to repackage and Box it back up, fill out a form, print a return label, and take it to ups to get it returned to them. Only after they receive it will I get a refund or a replacement sent. This may sound very petty, but I work 70 hours a week and am a single mom with a baby and a toddler and for me to now have to find time to fix their mistake is a huge inconvenience. I’ll continue shopping at crate and barrel who is wonderful to work with if there are issues with orders and I won’t be shopping at pottery barn anymore.

I ordered 3 pictures from pottery barn online for my nursery at beginning of October and then was back ordered and received my packages mid November. My packages arrived damaged. It looks like they just threw the pictures in a box and sent them. Shattered glass all over one packages. Each picture was 68.00 a piece, for what i paid u think they would of shipped better than that! Never again Pottery Barn! Im NEVER ordering again from you!
