Darcy and Michael were both great to deal with at Sun Devil auto. They kept me informed of any problems prior to proceeding on the work on my late model T-bird. Their estimate was very fair and when I got the bill it was slightly less than the estimate.

They do a quick and efficient job. They are more expensive than other shops. $75 oil change with a coupon full synthetic. Period big O will do it $49. While I was there I Listen to the advisor talk a lady into a cabin cleaner as if it was important. They cost 8 to 9 bucks online and they were trying to push it on her for 45. Literally, a two second job and not necessity.

Do not bring your car here! I had Sun Devil install a new water pump back in April on my Jeep Wrangler. They failed to tighten the bolts which ultimately caused a blown engine a week later. They replaced the engine, but put in a bad used engine that also went out a few weeks later. Ultimately, they found another engine and after 6+ months I got my Jeep back only to find that they also had an accident and failed to tell me then denied it! I got nowhere with corporate. They suggested I call the district manager, John Erickson, and he denied any responsibility. No surprise as they are very shady, unprofessional and clearly lack the ability to work on a car. Their level of incompetence is frightening. it was the worst experience which has led me to write this review because I do not want anyone else to go through what I had to go through. Management should be ashamed of themselves.

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Price is fair and transparent. George took the time to answer all my questions and provided me with all the options available, from repair to replacement. I highly recommend this business.

Called and spoke to Casey about having come in from Indiana and was having very problematic coolant overheating issues for more than half the way to Phoenix. He told me just bring it in and leave it, we'll check it out and let you know. Later that same day he called and explained it was a thermostat issue which was clearly the correct thing. They took care of my Jeep Grand Cherokee and returned it good as new the next day. Very grateful to have a car shop so far from home be so prompt, honest, and fairly priced. Thank you Casey and guys at Sun Devil!!

The first day back after being away 5 months the van wouldn't run. AAA said it's the alternator. We took the van to Sun devil Auto they fixed it that afternoon. Great to have it back and running well. Great service and the coupon really helped.

Very unpleasant experience with this location. They maybe good with routine maintenance issues, but AC was not good. I took car in after AC was suddenly blowing hot. Was told it just needed recharge. Next day, once again blowing hot. Took it back and now was told it was 2 hoses that were leaking. This was $590. Next day, AC blowing hot again! Went back very upset obviously. Left it again. Now this time was told it was a condenser. This was now another $620.00. No offer to apply anything towards the cost of the hoses that clearly were not the issue in the first place. So i paid double for something that should not have cost this much. And that's not all! Next day, I was driving on the freeway and heard this grinding from the hood area. Pulled off the freeway and it was even louder now. Pulled into parking area and looked under car. I see the entire underneath splash guard has hanging and scraping on the ground! None of the screws were put back in during the repairs! Sun Devil clearly left this as they went into this area to replace the condenser. So now i have a scraped up splash guard, but I will not take my car to this place again due to this sloppy attention to detail and "Guessing" on what the issue is, while the customer pays the price at the end of the day.

They fixed our struts and gave us 2 weeks until we got our next paycheck. They were awesome and friendly and patient. They didn't charge us storage fees for waiting that long, which is awesome! I am so grateful they helped us out.
