I would like to thank the Caldwell Toyota staff and especially my salesman Robert Moses for the least stressful experience I've ever had buying a new car. They answered all of our questions and worked with us to make sure everything was perfect for us. Even going out of their dealership to find us the exact Toyota we wanted and making sure they got it coming their way fast. We had a great experience purchasing our new 4Runner at Caldwell Toyota. They weren’t high pressure at all, and everything they said they would do from the beginning, they saw through to the end, even though it took us 4 months to make a decision. ? Landon, our salesperson, was the absolute best! Even though he’s very young, he was very professional, very knowledgeable, and took care of every last detail. Not your stereotypical car salesman! I don’t know where to start on how happy I am with my Caldwell experience. I live in North Carolina and I was searching for a Gray Tundra Pro. I put down a deposit for a Tundra in South Carolina and the day before it was supposed to be delivered, it was quarantined by Toyota with no ETA.

Two weeks prior, I sent an inquiry to Caldwell with no intention of traveling to Arkansas (due to distance) to buy their Tundra Pro. Jayden immediately contacted me and responded quickly with pictures of the truck and a pricing sheet. I told him that I wasn’t going to buy the truck because I ordered one closer to me. I told Jayden to follow-up with me the following week in the event my current order goes awry. Jayden followed up with me the following week and wanted to close the deal with me.

I figured that this transaction and travel would be a nightmare because of so many moving parts. I live in NC, my credit union is in FL and the vehicle was in Arkansas. Bill (Finance) and Jayden (sales) got to work and sent all the paperwork to my credit union quickly. Bill also sent me wiring instructions to send a large down payment to their dealership. The other option was to wait 1-2 days for a credit union check to arrive at my house. Bill saved us a lot of time here.

Now the travel…I have never been to Arkansas before this experience and this dealership is 30 minutes NorthWest of the Little Rock airport. My flight was set to arrive at 11pm the night before I was set to pick up my truck. Jayden picked me up from the airport at 11:30 at night and drove me to my hotel and drove me from my hotel to the dealership the next morning. First class experience!

When I arrived at the dealership, Bill was tied up with a customer, so a gentleman by the name of Solomon stepped in and I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Thank you again Caldwell team. I will definitely consider buying from you again even though you are 1,000 miles away. ?
