It's Valentine's Day and I wanted something different, the lady Adrian helped me, guiding me to choose the flowers that best combined. The bouquet of flowers looked amazing, and my girl loved it. Had an amazing experience!!! They showed me all they had to offer. Went into details about the specifics and pricing. Worked with my budget and created something beautiful. Their customer service was the best I've ever experienced from a florist. From the welcoming at the door, choosing of flowers, picking of colors, helping fill out the card, assistant with rush delivery, and even showed me what it looked like before delivery. My florist was Tammy and she gets 5 stars from me. They support the military and gave me a discount. I will definitely see them again. Thanks you guys so much. Tammy your awesome!!!

I'm late on this but I did want to send a huge shout out to Lacy over at Tipton & Hurst. She was extremely professional and patient with my order after a little confusion. She tracked down my order and even apologized when she did nothing wrong. Her personality was super bright and she smiled the entire time during this transaction and made sure my experience was one to make me come back the next time I need flowers. Had to come in from out of state for an unexpected funeral and were having a hard time finding a guest book. Tipton Hurst staff took the initiative to call the funeral home down the road, which was definitely not part of their duties, to confirm they had them available. We certainly appreciated the extra effort and the flowers we purchased were also beautiful.

Oh my gosh! My boyfriend who lives in Wilmington, North Carolina surprised me with roses for Valentine’s Day at which he ordered them from you all at which I received them the day before the actual day of Valentine’s. He was able to this with no issues. He got on line, looked for a florists that was near me and got busy. I received the most beautiful set of roses that are still looking so beautiful and thriving today on Sunday 18, 2024! I’ve never had a flower arrangement to last that long. Thank you so much for sending out such beautiful roses!?

Trying to purchase flowers online for a 10 year anniversary and have them delivered was horrible. The options online for flower delivery force you to leave the contact info for the recipient, taking the element of surprise out all together. There were no options for additional notes or requests to try and add the element of surprise. Additionally there were scarcely any pictures to showcase add-ons that were pushed as an update during checkout.
