We ordered a gluten free chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling for my daughter’s birthday and it far exceeded our expectations! Every single thing about this cake was amazing!! It tasted SO GOOD and no one could even tell that it was gluten free. Kassi was prompt with responding to requests/questions over email and the cake was ready exactly when we needed it. In my opinion, it has been really hard to find a gluten free cake that tastes this good. The decorations were also perfect! We were extremely pleased with our custom cake order and highly recommend Kassi’s Cookies for cakes!! I can’t express enough how yummy this cake was!?

I emailed Kassi to order a cake a couple weeks in advance for my nana’s birthday and she is the sweetest! Picked up the cake today and it was absolutely perfect, just like the picture I had sent her for reference! My nana absolutely loved it and said it was one of the most beautiful cakes she had ever seen! 10/10 reecommend Kassi’s Cookies and couldn’t be more grateful for their help!

Cake was gorgeous and tasted amazing. it is VERY expensive but if you think about their location in conway it makes sense. Spent $100 on this cake originally was $75 + $5 tax +$5 cake topper + $10 for chocolate drip. When I first placed my order I didnt read far enough into the description and didnt realize I had to purchase all the extra stuff like the chocolate drip, I was just going off the photo assuming since this is a $75 cake I would receive what was given in the photo but I did mention it to the owner and she explained to me the situation so I purchased the chocolate drip during pick up and she did with no problem which I appreciated I was trying not to come off as rude since I was the one in the wrong but something just felt like I was being “judged” or looked at like I was making an inconvenience about the chocolate drip, also during the pick up the associate that brought me the cake broke part of the “happy birthday” topper while packaging the cake up and still tried to hand it to me like i wouldn’t notice? i thought that was a bit odd and asked for another but after the drip the owner put a brand new one on but otherwise the cake is very good and I am pleased with it, I will probably not be returning due to the pricing though.

I cannot figure out how to leave a review on your page, BUT i visited here for the FIRST TIME today!! And when I walked in it literally smelled like Fall the cookies and brownies I purchased were so amazing (Especially the Strawberry Cookie !!?omgggg) I am extremely satisfied with my visit.

I bought one of their pre-made cakes for my kids’ birthday party this past weekend and it was AMAZING! The frosting was delicious and not overly sweet, the cake itself was so good, and everyone raved about the lemon flavor! I highly recommended Kassi’s Cookies for all of your cake needs!

my 7 year old Daughter and I have gotten into a routine every 2 weeks when my older Daughter is in theatre that we walk around downtown, that usually leads us to Kassi's at some point and being the girl dad I am, I am usually talked into cookies. Service is always ok, never rude but never really friendly. Prices are extremely high, over $12 for 2 items but with inflation and prices like they are, that is somewhat understandable but when compared to other places, its still high. Probably the biggest issue was last night when my daughter settled on the Stuffed cookie butter cookie. In the case they were giant cookies, when the employee got it out of the case and set it on the counter, my daughter looked up at me and said, that's not what I ordered. it was tiny, so small that I actually asked the girl working if that was the same thing and she just said yes and kept ringing it up. For $6 a cookie, i expect a lot more.
