This store has the rudest manager I've ever dealt with. As far as I'm concerned they be better off to hire Ruby to be the manager of that store and looks of it they go from three to five stars if not more cuz she's got a better customer service attitude than her boss lady has..... Ruby most definitely is a God sent to that store....... And if I had my way I wouldn't give the day manager the satisfaction of even one star..... She clearly doesn't care what happens to her customers......

Who is the owner of this store? The young guy named Josh, that works behind the counter, just talked so horrible to an elderly lady. How is this guy working in customer service? Every time I come in here, this guy and other employees are so rude! This store just lost me as a customer and I'm sure the elderly lady too. I will make sure to tell everyone I know, to stay away from this store.

Had a issue this morning with the manager she literally followed me out of the store yelling at me because i asked her why she couldn’t approach the hot bar and take my order she was very rude and if you watch the cameras this will back up my story never go here worst place ever. 712 broadway st. Well, well, let me tell you this; I went in and was gonna fill up with cash. They was a line so I waited and when it was my turn I asked lady to turn on pump so I can fill up. She said, she needs my driver's license so I gave her 50$ to hold. And went out and filled up then. So I filled up it took 32$ so went in to get change and the lady I gave my money to was not even there so I told the lady there that I gave the other lady 50$ and needed my change she looked at me and said are you sure. And by then I was upset. I said yes I swear. And I said why would some one go to jail over some gas. They have cameras at every stop light. So after like 10 mins later the lady finally came from. The back and said o yea... Hate this place would never go back. They think I am there to steal gas they can keep their gas.

Went in early morning and had a friendly purple haired girl ring up my items. Had a hell of a line tho cause the kitchen staff wouldn't come help.

During the HEIGHT of a pandemic. Not a single employee here was wearing a mask... and neither were the customers who were obviously regulars. I wont be back.
