Justin has been awesome, there were some issues with the car I bought from them, but Justin has been nothing but helpful in getting most of those problems taken care of.

I'll be recommending friends up to him when they've got something intriguing on their lot again.

Good price for the car, extended warranty through the financial company, and a salesman that it feels like really wants me to walk away from our transaction completely satisfied.

I live north of Memphis and was looking for a great deal on a used Prius. I stumbled on to the Arkansas Car Pros web page and found a car I was interested in. 2013 Prius 4. 69k miles. I sent a text to set up a meeting because I live about 130 miles away. Justin set up a meeting time. I made the long drive on a Saturday morning and met up with Justin. A family setting that made my vehicle purchasing experience, bar none, the best experience I've ever had buying a used vehicle. I will buy my next used vehicle from Arkansas Car Pros. It was well worth the 260 mile round trip. Great price, no pressure, communication before the sale, during and after was great!

Justin the sales manager here is absolutely amazing. My wife really wanted this 2017 Nissan Sentra. We have bad credit but he somehow managed to get us into that car with a low monthly payment. They have an awesome selection of pre-owned vehicles and their prices are good. We had a slight issue with the vehicle but Justin was very quick to get it fixed. All I know is I got a 2014 dodge charger from them and the car broke down and is still broke down. For some reason them and the warranty company was saying two different things as far as how long the warranty was. Needless to say the car is still broke down two years later and I'm stuck paying for a car that doesn't run and walking to work. Where they do that at? Tried to call them several times but all I get is the Google answer machine. So Arkansas car pro's? Ehhh I don't know about that name fitting the bill there. Aww yeah I'm still walking at the time of this review.
