I went there to buy a pair of ugg boots because I work outside I asked the guy helping me are the boots warm because I'm looking for something to keep me warm as I work outside he said yes they are warm ...I used the boots on that very cold day and my feet froze I could feel the cold air on my feet ...I went to exchange the boots and the manager did not want to exchange them for me....the boots still look like new no scratches nothing I wanted a more expensive boot but no he refuse to do the exchange for me...he didnt even come and speak to me ..you would think you spend a lot of money on a pair of boots and you are not satisfied with your purchase and they cant even let you exchange it...never again will I go shopping in that store...I do not recommend anybody to shop there..we the customers are the reason you have a store the least you can do is keep your customers happy.....DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING THERE
