Really good customer service, I was in earlier today to get new piercings. There was a bit of a misjudgment about my anatomy but none of it is their fault. The bars I left with the last time are still a little too tight but again, nothing wrong on their end. Anatomy is different on everyone. I love the space they provide and the no judgment zone. They work really well and as long as you’re respectful, they are respectful. I really appreciate all their jewelry and attitude towards customers. Really open and answered all my questions. 10/10 would definitely recommend?

For the time that I lived in Alaska, I always went to here to purchase septum jewelry. When buying body jewelry, they always made sure to be sanitary. I think they have very reasonable customer service for the amount of people that work here. I also got my son's birthstone ring from here and I cherish it! it is the prettiest ring.
it is also nice to have an actual store to look at the body jewelry in person rather than ordering online. I wish they had a body jewelry store where I live now. I would highly recommend this place for body jewelry and if you're looking for a one of a kind jewelry gift! support local business!

I thought the products sold was cool, but the lady who runs and owns that shop has quite a sour attitude and was really rude the times I’ve gone. My other gripe is that nothing is labeled so if you’re looking for something specific you have to deal with her sour attitude and it just doesn’t bode well for a positive shopping experience. I really hope she can work on being better with her customer service skills moving forward.

I absolutely love this store, idk it it was the owner BUT whoever help me she gave us her full attention and is very knowledgeable on all the different crystals. She may not greet you when you first walk in but that’s because whatever customer she is with, she devotes her attention to them 100%, so don’t be offended … when it’s your turn you will appreciate it. I just felt I needed to speak on my experience since I was initially reluctant to go there after reading a review that spoke on someone being rude and not helping them in a timely manner. My experience was nothing shy of amazing, and I will be back for more! In addition, their prices are VERY reasonable especially for the top notch quality! Very satisfied customer, thanks again! 🙂

I asked the owner to do a special ring alteration job for me. Something other shops didn’t want to touch for fear of ruining the items.
She agreed to do the repair for my daughters wedding and would work her magic on them to the best of her ability. What I had requested was no easy task to combine some heirloom items (a pendant into the setting of a wedding ring). I knew she would be able to do this very difficult task as she had done an amazing job on my own wedding set 22 years prior.
The results were outstanding and the work was done quickly and inexpensively. My daughter was so thrilled to have these special family heirloom items be part of her wedding day. This was some of the best work I have seen done and it truly was an absolute work of art.

Horrible service. The woman behind the counter was awful. She ignored us for about half an hour with no one else in the store. When she finally did speak with us she was short and extremely rude. I will never spend another dime here. Their items are over priced but good quality. It really is a shame. I am a Reiki healer and was looking for a shop to send my clients to.

Edit to respond. I never even took a picture there… I think you have me confused with someone else you were rude to. The situation you described was not me. How many customers do you run off to get so mixed up? I’m glad you have good advertising, you will need it to keep people coming in since you seem to loose them once they interact with you. Please get emotional help. You have to be terribly unhappy to act and react to people the way that you do. Good luck.

A wide variety of crystals in all shapes and sizes. The staff here are so positive, friendly, and willing to really take time and help you find what you need. They are very knowledgeable on the difference types of stones and gems and also on their properties (eg. Luck, dispelling negative energy, etc).
I come here to purchase rocks and have not been disappointed.
They have lots of jewelry: stone necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and more. Would highly recommend.
