Wasted so much of my time, took my receipts and information then about 10 days later I call to check on my claim, they said they are still working on it. They are a "rapid repair center" for Ryobi. A month later they call and tell me they can't help me. I've been out of my equipment for almost 2 months because of them.

I went to AW, because of such of good reviews...well reviews can be deceiving and misleading. I dropped off my lawn mower August 13th, the counter person told me that they were 4 weeks behind and gave me an estimated time of September 3th, I called to check the status on Friday, August 23th, no answer, but left a message, around 4:30pm received a called back, saying that they haven't even touch my mower. The estimated time that was given to me was only when they hope they will be able to take a look at it, NOT THE PROMISED DAY OR WHEN THEY WILL HAVE IT READY. I just went and pick up my mower, AW needs to do a better job managing jobs and personnel, doesn't makes sense to keep on accepting jobs if they don't have the manpower to deal with the demand, they should just not accept any jobs until they get their business on track. Like I mentioned at the beginning, Reviews can be deceiving and 4 weeks just to troubleshoot a mower it just makes no sense. I cannot really understand why people are giving Able and Willing 4 stars, when they are not capable of managing jobs properly, maybe the 4 stars are just for buying an item, 4 stars for a 4 weeks wait just don't add up...They deserve a BIG ZERO/NO STAR review....

Purchased my Snapper push mower here two years ago and had my first problem with the self propel system. I dropped it off on a Friday thinking it would be a week before getting it back, I was wrong! I was notified the next day that it was complete and ready for pick up. The price could be a little high but I was happy with the service and dedication by a family owned business. They also had all of the worn parts bagged up for me to inspect and prove that they need replacement.

Literally drove the tire right off my riding mower. Ordered tires and had them install. They were fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Did it while I waited even though there were other customers there. I'll definitely keep them in mind for future mower needs.
