Mark and Virginia are great. I work at a local restaurant and have had several interactions with Virginia. She is always quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Mark recently was able to copy a bent key for me and did it so quick that when I saw they were calling I assumed it was to tell me they couldn't copy it. Expert service and I would highly recommend.

Best and Most Affordable!
We were very impressed with the Quality, integrity and affordability of this business. From the first day we called with questions to the day of the job this business deserves 6 starts if we could add one more. Mark is an expert, fast and very customer service oriented. He arrived punctual and got to work right away going above and beyond our expectations, he really takes pride in his work which we strongly admired! in less than an hour Mark got the job of 3 locks and keys done to a perfect fitting!
Chris and Virginia were excellent setting the appointments and follow up with availability via courtesy phone calls. We highly recommend them, make your appointment, call in an emergency, or whatever services you need this is your place believe us. We will be calling them again to upgrade the rest of the house locks with smart locks which they are also experts and ready to help! A+++ Thank you Town Lock & Safe Co - you are the best in town.
