Always a pleasure having my bike worked on at Absolute Bikes of Flagstaff. My Praise today goes to Lionel and Ty for their exceptional work they did on my Rad Runner 3, as they went beyond doing a great job. The whole staff at Absolute Bikes are all such nice people. Including the front door staff, and very good looking. These people do not have to work on bikes of other brands; yet they do it out of kindness. What else can I say? Thank you again to Ty ,& Lionel, and Aiden and the others of Absolute Bikes of Flagstaff.

I went into the Sedona location when I was in the market for a new bike and chatted with Cailyn. Based on my riding style and preference he recommended I rent and test out a Specialized Epic 8 Evo. He was super helpful and friendly. Thanks so much for your help! I live in Flagstaff so I then went into the Flagstaff location to actually rent a bike. Jessie was super awesome and got me set up on the correct size of an Epic 8 Evo. After my rental I was convinced that was indeed the bike I wanted and Jessie was again super helpful in answering my many many questions about two different bikes. After my bike was ordered when it actually came in Ian was fantastic in squeezing in my last minute request to have my tires set up tubeless at the end of a business day. Seriously Ian I know how busy you all were and you went above and beyond to get me out the door a happy customer and ready to ride. There were two other gentleman that helped me a bunch in the process (getting flashy pedals that matched my bike) at the Flagstaff store and I am sorry to not mention you by name. But thank you! The customer service here was great even on a busy day when it would be easy to get lost in the shuffle of everything going on! Thanks Absolute ! You guys (and gals) are awesome!

Wow - what a great store. Friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about cycling. Ended up ordering some kit that was shipped to me from the Flagstaff location and it had a small flaw. Was able to exchange with no hassle. So easy to work with. Looking forward to my next visit to AZ and renting my wheels there.

We came out from Michigan for some riding, and I stopped in for a set of more “terrain appropriate” Tires than the thin walled cross country race tires I had on my bike.
The staff was exceptionally friendly, introduced themselves and addressed me by my first name throughout my time at the shop. I enjoyed a very honest exchange of ideas for tires and riding style, settling on a set of tires That had a great balance between durability, traction and rolling speed.

Being able to have these sorts of discussions with people who are riders themselves, are willing to give you an opinion and know the riding conditions in their area well is invaluable and is the very reason why we need to support our local bike shops.
