Wonderful experience in the bbq area, Mariah and Jaden were extremely helpful. The grill I wanted was not in stock but they went above and beyond trying to help me by telling me they could order it for me, and even offered assembly and delivery. Unfortunately I needed it before it could be delivered but I still wanted their hard work to be recognized.

This is a colossal store. It has just about any hardware, tool, or equipment of good quality. Good place to look for gifts as well, because a merchandise from this store is very likely to last for a long time. Also, it is better to go to an actual store than to shop on line. Anyone makes better decisions when you actually see, smell or touch the product. I recomend to visit this particular store because you might find out that the store has something that you never thought you actually need. After a short tour inside the store, i believe, anyone will see something very useful and atractive to buy for himself or for someone you care about. Staff members are always ready to help.

Called ahead to ask about two items - showed up, neither is items they even carried (let alone had in stock). Save yourself the trip - go to Home Depot or just buy online.

This is got to be a flagship Ace hardware store they literally have everything and it's just like everything's brand new people are very helpful

This place will not stop sending junk mail to our house addressed to someone who does not live here. I emailed the email on the junk mail, which is the manager at the Pinole Ace and asked repeatedly to have our address removed. The guy would not respond. Why put you email on the junk mail if you have no intention of responding?

Why? Because he is of the opinion that he knows better than us. He'll keep sending his junk mail to our house (despite it being addressed to someone who does not live here) and we'll use Pinole Ace.

We will not. Ever.

I finally emailed all of upper management at Ace and noted how this guy would not respond to any emails asking to be removed. I got a person who contacted me right away and says we're removed (but I don't believe it).

Not an ethical place by any means. Remember that if you go here. There are plenty of other options in Pinole/Hercules.

I was presently surprised on entering the store there was a greeter, and I asked him where the air filters for my furnace were located, and he guided and directed me to the right place. The Customer service is great. The staff is nice. I can tell as I overheard other customers getting from the staff. The store is very clean and well organized. I will be paying them a visit again in the future.

Unfortunately, they're no longer carrying Hallmark ornaments.
