Went in to look around while my Autozone order was being filled. I see the knife sharpener they offer in the store and wanted to take two covers home to bring kitchen knives in to sharpen. I'm then very rudely scolded by the Old Man for even trying to take some covers and he went looking through my items aggressively and giving me a look like I'm stealing, if customers are treated like theives here I'll take my business elsewhere. The Young cashier with the curly hair at the front was very helpful and gave me a coupon for a free knife sharpening for my troubles, He gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went here to buy a replacement screw and a few other things. Guy asked me what the screw was for. It did happen to be for a firearm. Guy went a long tirade dropping f bombs about how they don't sell gun parts. Dude, it's a screw. It's ok to not like your retail job but don't take it out on me. 3 stars because he did help me get the other items and he reminds me of my gramps.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve had great experiences with Ace in the past but this location is not it. Went in for some hex nuts for my car and had some questions about sizing as I could not bring the old ones in. Gentleman in the back of the store didn’t want to deal with it and was very rude the entire time to me when all I was asking for was basic conversions that I later found on my phone in seconds. Will not be going back to this location.

Every time I step on this business all the staff are very helpful, profesional and nice (very knowledgeable people). I use propane from them every month and they filled good; in my opinion better than other places I have tried in the past.

$25 dollars to get a key cut and they refused to program it because I didn't buy it at their store.
They are quick to demand payment but don't mention they won't program the key even though it says they do that on the front door.
This place has really gone downhill. I used to be able to depend on them when I needed help with hardware or getting keys cut but the employees just don't care. I expect they will be out of business soon if this is how they treat people.
I understand all the other bad reviews now. Years ago they had helpful staff that at least pretended like they cared but no more.

Mail a you 20% off coupon to get you in the store, and then everything you try to purchase falls under “exclusions”. One of those businesses….. and thank God for Lowe’s and Home Depot 👍🏻

Purchased paint from them. Brought the empty can to them, which they told me to do to get an exact match, as I needed the same color for touch-up.

Was told the new paint was the correct color. Got home, and it was different. Took both cans and the receipt back to the store, with a picture of how they were different. Owner refused to refund my money.

Went to a different Ace. Was told I needed to bring in a chip of the old paint to get an exact match, which I had been told by the first Ace that I didn't need.

These facts speak as to why I give them one star--only because giving zero stars isn't possible.
