I'm so happy we purchased a Redline through Jesy and Doug. No matter what question or problem you have they will help you get it resolved. Their response time is fast and their free online classes really help you learn the machine. I highly recommend you purchase yours through them as well. They'll help you get setup and running quick which was great for me because I had never operated a commercial machine before. Doug's maintenance videos on YouTube help you understand and troubleshoot your machine. I'm glad I picked a Redline over other major brands.

I purchased my Redline 1501 April 2017 From Advantage with Jesy and Doug, I am so happy with this purchase I wish I did it sooner! I love the fact that I can repair my own machine and keep it running smooth without having to send it to the shop for maintenance. I also appreciate all the support I get from the technicians and any videos they have, also the support from their Facebook group, this was one of the reasons that I actually bought the Redline Embroidery Machine.
