I haven't been here for very long but so far my experience has been wonderful. Joanna my leasing agent has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I am not always the most easy going but she has met every question with an answer and a smile. Just an overall fantastic person who has made my move in a much easier experience. Don't waste your time moving here.
2 years ago moving here was ideal, it was great, staff was great and things seemed to be working. No minor issues.

A year later things seemed to decline slowly. Changes in everything. Community became ghetto, lound music. Noisy neighbors, weed everywhere, place is dirty, doesn't get cleaned, insects start infestion, while paying for pest control and don't bother complaining, you wasting your time. They won't reply.

Decided to move, as the rent went up aswell, than all of a sudden they want to decrease it. But mind you, theres cheaper apartments avaliable on their online page. Decide to move out. Clean the apartment and the charge me a move out fee. Even though it was cleaned with proof. They have no idea the processes and gave me all sort of excuses. Month later, still waiting for the call to clear up the issues but hey they take the money from my deposit.
Go see them and all of a sudden they closed til 3 pm and than after put a sign system down.

Just don't waste your time. There are cheaper and better apartments out there.

In the beginning I had to switch units and it was a bumpy start but after I switched everything has gone very smoothly, and I just wanted to say maintenance is amazing. If you call him he’s there right away I mean he deserves the best. My water wasn’t staying hot long and he made it so nice. Thank you to him. He’s great with communicating and being on time. ❤️

Joanna is awesome! This place really started to go to Hell in a handbasket the past year. Since the new office staff took over, they have been bringing this place back to life. The pool is clean again, the gym equipment is finally being fixed, and the front gate is finally being fixed after over 2 years!!! Great job, ladies!

Says open on Google Maps and on their own signage at the complex itself, but office has "closed" sign on their office door. Tenant said they didn't send out any notice or anything about being closed. When called, directed to an automated machine. First inpressions are supposed to be evehthing, this business has started off not so great with this one. Place seems nice on the outside. Far from a lot of things around.

Don’t waste your money or your time. My husband and I have been living in this “luxury” comunity for nearly two years. During the first year, we enjoyed a calm and pleasant environment, but over time serious problems have emerged that affect the quality of life and call into question the cost-quality ratio of the place. Issues with maintenance and cleanliness: From the start, the constant presence of cockroaches has been a source of discomfort. This problem persists despite the expectations one might have in a high-end condominium. In addition, common areas such as hallways, recreational areas, and the entrance show deficient maintenance, which is reflected in the dirt and general disorder. Inefficient administrative management: The current manager and the rest of the office staff demonstrate a notable lack of professionalism. A clear example is the recent charge for a late payment supposedly corresponding to January. Instead of offering a solution or facilitating the verification of my receipts, the administration opted to transfer the responsibility to the resident, generating frustration and uncertainty. Security issues: The security of the condominium is another worrying aspect. The access doors are left open, which not only facilitates the entry of unauthorized persons but has already been reflected in alarming incidents, such as a shooting recorded recently at the entrance. This increases the feeling of vulnerability among residents. Conditions of the recreational areas: The facilities intended for recreation and exercise are also not up to the promised standards. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and gym are in an irregular state: sometimes the pool does not receive adequate maintenance, and the gym has become a meeting point for noisy and unconventional activities. Likewise, the BBQ area and the party zone are used until late at night, which is bothersome for those seeking tranquility. General environment: Additionally, the constant presence of the smell of marijuana, which filters through windows and balconies, negatively affects the quality of the environment, compromising even the interior areas. In conclusion, while the first year was relatively satisfactory, the accumulation of these problems—maintenance, administrative management, security, and quality of common areas—demonstrates that this “luxury” condominium does not live up to the expectations suggested by its price and promotion. It is important to consider these aspects before investing in a similar place.

Mi esposo y yo vivimos en un condominio de “lujo” desde hace casi dos años. Durante el primer año, la experiencia fue positiva, pero posteriormente han surgido problemas significativos. La presencia constante de cucarachas y la falta de mantenimiento en áreas comunes evidencian deficiencias en la limpieza. La gestión administrativa resulta ineficiente, ejemplificada por cargos injustificados y la falta de soluciones. Además, la seguridad se ve comprometida por puertas siempre abiertas y eventos alarmantes, mientras que las áreas recreativas y el gimnasio se encuentran en mal estado y se usan de manera inapropiada. Por último, el olor a marihuana que se filtra a través de ventanas y balcones agrava el deterioro del ambiente.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. I lived here for a couple of months and dealt with the worst roach infestation ever. I constantly asked for my apartment to be treated and at times would be ignored. My husband and little one ended up in the ER while living here and when I was left with no other choice but to end the contract, I was charged a ridiculous amount of money due to their own negligence. This place needs to have the health department called due to their uninhabitable living conditions. I have documented pictures and videos of all the roaches, completely disgusting.

Daniella was such a great help! Very communicative and explained everything that I needed to know and what to have ready for my big move. Great community and great staff. 10/10 for Advenir at Aventine. Will definitely Recommend this place to my friends and family!
