I appreciate the responsiveness but sales team lacks personal tact. There’s no willingness to take the time to educate the customer on their prices. Expect a classic take it or leave it mentality, which doesn’t lend itself to a pleasant shopping experience and isn’t my style of doing business.

Edit in response to owner- thanks for letting me know your pricing justification now in response to a poor review, it would’ve been appreciated to mention at the time of negotiation, rather than “I would go buy that other trailer”. I don’t think the owner is a bad guy, just an unpleasant one to do business with for a first time trailer buyer who is not familiar with the market.

Have been shopping for a trailer to grow my business for about a month. Was finally settled in on a 6×12 open utility, and decided to head to Affordable Trailers because they had some at good prices.
I get there, and Ron came out of the shop to help me, and was very laid back, giving me the info I asked for, but not pushy.
I start looking at the enclosed trailers and realize at Affordable Trailers, the prices on them were (no pun intended), affordable!
So here we are, proud owners of a brand new Arising brand 6×12! In and out fast too!
Thanks Ron, for being laid back and helpful, and stay cool out in that heat this summer!

Highly Suggest Affordable trailer service and supply. I was in the market for a dump trailer for months. Called Them and spoke to bruce and he got two in stock and I decided to get both. It was defiantly worth doing business with them.

I guess everybody is correct zero customer service. Opens at 8 AM- i think not. 830 gates are locked up tight…. I was buying an entire new disc brake set… oh well lost the sale.

Was looking for a 7x12 ATV Utility trailer and originally called the Palm Bay store and spoke to Noel. He didn't have one but remembered they had one at the Vero Beach store. He called to verify they still had it and worked up the out the door price for me. It was late in the day so I told him I could be down by 10 am to buy the trailer so they held it for me. I decided to go to the Vero store where the trailer was and because of mechanical problems on the way was going to get there. Called and told them and was told no problem get there when I could. Got there about 1030 and spoke to Ron who told me where the trailer was so I could look at it while he assisted another customer. He finished with them and came out to see if I had any questions. We then went inside and while the paperwork was being done Ron went out and brought the trailer up front where we hooked it up. After it was all ready to go we went back inside and completed the paperwork . This was the most expedient purchase I have every had, it took about 30 minutes, there was no time wasted, the Price Noel had given me was on the money and I actually felt relaxed when I left. Thank You Noel and Ron. I used the trailer as soon as I got home and it works great. Recommending them to everyone.

Rude and poor customer service!! Gave them three chances and a phone call and each time was some kind of disappointment. First time they watched me walk around the yard and didn’t ask if I needed anything, the second time they followed me around like a puppy dog pushing a sale, then I called to get a price and they hung up on me before I could finish talking, and the final straw was when stopped by after hours to see if I could see prices from the fence when I noticed the gate was open and someone had just pulled in. I tried to ask for one price of one size trailer so I could potentially make the purchased on Monday and the guy said no no no we are closed and shewed me away.

That just tells me what kind of customer service they have. They just lost business from me and my friend.

Not the most friendly people, not very helpful, I should have bought a trailer somewhere else but I knew what I wanted and they had it. Had issues with trailer after purchasing it and no help through dealership. I would recommend looking at other dealerships.
