Went in looking for bracelets. The lady had a really nasty fake vibe... while getting the prices for the bracelets i told her let me get my husband to which one he likes.... my husband proceed to walk in while i took care of our 2 young children in the play area....my husband found the prefect bracelets he wanted, he wanted to show me first before buying.... and the lady called him a LOSER for wanting my approval....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

They have wonderful beaded jewelry. The only issue is that they come with a big tag on them. Had to get the store associate to help remove the tag. Love my beads!

Absolutely worst customer service ever. I purchased a sweater and did not like it and it didn’t fit so I decided to bring it back and get an exchange. Keep in mind when I purchased this, I was never handed a receipt. They were closing when I first went to get an exchange but they have a 15 day policy so I ran in today with my girlfriend and looked around for about 45 minutes and finally found an item I liked for the same price as the sweater I was exchanging. I was told the first time I went to exchange that they would just take it and exchange it. Now I go up to the register and the woman was incredibly rude with a huge attitude like she didn’t want us being in there saying she couldn’t do anything without a receipt. Her presence was so uncomfortable to be around from the lack of greeting and the silent judgmental looks. And the only time she wasn’t looking at us and glaring at us was when she was staring at her phone. Anyways, I even pulled up my transaction history on my bank app and showed her the purchase and even with all the proof I gave her she still insisted that she couldn’t do anything without a receipt even though she was there with the other woman the previous time I went in when she told me she would just exchange it. She even said she remembered me. I was very upset and said well I don’t know what the other lady was on about. And before I finished she interrupted me and said “Excuse me? You don’t know what she was on?” Insinuating I was saying the other lady was on drugs and that was why she didn’t give me a receipt. Like bro what I was trying to finish my sentence. She was trying to find a problem with the things I was saying. This place is ridiculous. Needs whole new staff and new energy. Everyone there is so rude.

Terrible customer service. I walked in to browse and looked at some hats for my mother. The clerk scoffed at me when he saw me and laughed when I looked back at him. I asked him about the hats, if there was a sale. He gave a very short answer, “What you see is what I have.” Seems like they don’t need customers for their business.

My favorite store in the mall. It feels like home in a way, if you were looking around a big closet. The essence is nice in the store I love everything about it, from the front to the back it’s just perfect. The slice of honey bread is always a plus as well. I’m not sure what’s up with the bad reviews but maybe it’s changed.

purchased a handbag there, very fair price and the canvas' quality is great. for being a mall shop i'd definitely recommend giving them a look as they have other interesting items like flags and pop culture stuff.

The most rude customer service ever. Idk if he was the owner or what.. I purchased a candle holder and i asked for a small bag to put it in and he just threw the bag at me didn’t even hand it to me. The man was so disrespectful no wonder NO ONE is in that store ever.
