I took my daughter my daughter to the Pleasant Grove location and we received A1 customer service from Alisha and Kenned! Alisha greeted us at the door, gave us the run down on the current specials. Chatted with my daughter about school and prom her expectations for a dress etc. She directed us to her sizes and allowed us to browse at our leisure! Kennedi was patient and attentive with assisting my daughter with getting in and out if dresses. After visiting several stores, we said yes to the dress❤️ Thank you for a phenomenal experience, I highly recommend

We were out and about yesterday and stopped by here to try on prom dresses. Customer Service was amazing! They were sweet and attentive. There were a ton of dress choices and the prices were great! I would highly recommend them and we will definitely keep them in mind for the future!!

Trash...I put a down payment on a dress for my daughters prom. Due to covid19 all proms was cancelled. I had to call several times and when I did get someone to answer the phone it wasnt good. We have paid too much on these dresses to end up with nothing. No refund. All she said was that she could do a instore credit. How many prom gown does a person buy in a lifetime. Really? I referred several people who rented dresses from them also and ended up with nothing. Beautiful gowns but kinna high. I will never ever purchase or refer someone to this place again. I could see giving us a portion of our money back. Straight bs...

Put 225 down on my daughter’s prom dress rental and when prom was shut down due to COVID 19, the business owner offered a store credit but not a guarantee on the dress we picked out. If they could not guarantee the dress we choose, why would we want to even do business ever again. I have been trying for months to get a refund but they are not answering the phones. I even filed complaints with the state of Alabama as did other parents about this business seeing that they did several girls the same way. She will not get away with this! We all are on the same page about suing her. She will be seeing us in court soon!!

I stopped by After Five today with the hopes I could find a last minute (I mean crazy last min - 24 hours away!!!) dress for a black tie event. I was pleasantly surprised!! Not only was there a fabulous selection priced reasonably, but the staff was very knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Couldn’t help myself and came back with my friend!! Will 10000% be back- you can’t beat one stop (shoes too!!) shopping with a hype squad for a staff!!
