I have had air essentials for just over a year and am obsessed! It smells so good but not over powering!
A lot of my friends use Pura, but Air Essential is so much better and more cost effective! They last so long!
In my year, I’ve already bought another diffuser for the other part of my house!

Their customer service team is amazing! I worked with Dee and she was so helpful and professional! I can’t wait for my new fragrances to come!

I originally discovered Air Esscentials when I stayed at the Nomo Hotel in New York. I went home and immediately ordered my own home fragrance bundle and have been extremely happy with everything. Today I had to contact customer service because my diffuser needed to be replaced and Denise was very helpful in offering solutions. She was super friendly and patient with taking my information over the phone. Cannot recommend this product enough!

Our church had a very horrible experience with this company. Giving them one star is way too generous. John Paul is not to be trusted. This man has no fear of God nor the slightest hint of credibility. Our church purchased (2) AE3500 and (3) AE450 from John Paul. But just about a month of running these Fragrance Systems they all began to malfunction. We contacted John Paul our salesperson/manager to see if he could troubleshoot the disabled machines. And when he could not solve any of the respective issues, he advised us to ship the machines back to Air Essentials to be factory re-calibrated, which we did. But to our greatest shock and dismay, John Paul shipped back to us old and beat-up machines. Please keep in mind our machines were all brand new and about a month old in our possession. We contacted John Paul to complain and shipped back his THRASH to him. He quit taking our calls. We never got our original machines back. So, we lost $1400 with this company. Air Essentials may not be a bad company but with manager likely John Paul, I seriously question their reputation and ethics. BEWARE!!
