Great staff. I ordered a pair of shoes through them online with a money back guarantee should they not fit. Luckily they did, nonetheless, it felt good to have the security of not having to pay any shipping since they were having it delivered for me. They didn’t mark up the shoes either. Really helpful and pleasant people.

Young man helped with shoes was polite and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, they didn't carry the size needed so he had to recommend another place. Small feet people beware when you walk in that they may not have your size but they carry everything else in a nice, clean, and convenient location.

Went in with the intent of buying a lot of shoes for my husband, three employees standing around talking, never got greeted asked if I needed help and couldn’t even say please come back. Bought one pair of OOfoos and left. I did need help and had some questions.

I bought a pair of Hoka shoes from here. I should have known better to buy anything from there when the young boy could not be bothered to stay around and help us.

Unfortunately I did not listen to my gut and I bought the shoes anyway. I decided that I really did not like the fact they are white. I only wore them inside my house but since my fibula is broken in 3 places and my ankle is shattered I constantly stumble and so white is not a good idea.

I tried to return these shoes only 3 days after I purchased them and only wore them around my house for a few hours. The young man told me he could not let me switch out colors because the white shoes had "dirt" on the shoes laces and the bottom of the shoes has dirt on them.

Moral of the story is don't buy shoes from them. If you buy Hoka's from the website you have a 30 day money back if you don't like them. If you go to REI you can also return the shoe as long as they are not worn down.

I'm going to try to return them again in the next few days just so I can switch them out for the teal Hoka.

Very unhappy with my visit to this store today! I came in and NO ONE acknowledged me. No one welcomed me when I came into the store and 2 workers were just talking amongst themselves! Very awkward experience.
Prices of the clothes are pretty expensive!
Will check out some cheaper places with a better shopping experience.
