I have had my hat close to 20 yrs now. It hasn't been worn since 2007 and has just been shoved around in and just stowed away. Mistreated and out of shape, this gentleman was able to whip it back into shape within 15 minutes. I got to say, great job, sir. I really appreciate it. I'll definitely be back.

This gentleman was very friendly and honest when I called about dying a sun-died hat. He explained that not many services do dying anymore but that he could turned it inside out and reshape the hat. However, the cost would most likely not be worth it unless there is sentimental value. He then went on and briefly explained the process of dying it myself. I really appreciated his honestly, the friendly chat we had, and the advice. He also answered his phone outside of business hours.
