personally, she took care of it promptly. Don't send a bad report, talk to her and it will be fixed, even more than what you asked for. A satisfied customer!

My boyfriend and I were 20 minutes into our move to Virginia and were having issues with his vehicle towing a trailer. Stopped by the Service Department and they diagnosed the issue. Weren’t able to get us in on a Friday, which is understandable, so they called a shop down the road who was willing to help. My boyfriend is mechanically inclined so we stopped off at a parts store and swapped the needed part out in 15 minutes and were back on the road. Huge thank you to all involved for the amazing hospitality and positive direction. 10/10 would recommend

My husband & I were in the market for a new vehicle. Our sales consultant, Myah, was sure to get us exactly what we needed. Not too mention, the sales manager, Josh, was excellent as well. When we bought our truck they were great! Our sales person Myah Gonzalez has been great & remains to be great! The people above her that makes all the decisions not so much. We bought a used truck that had a chip in the windshield. When signing the contract, we signed a paper that stated they would repair or replace the windshield. When their guy couldn't repair it, the dealership refused to replace it. They said we would have to claim it on OUR insurance. While Florida does replace for free of charge to the policy holder it can increase or cause cancelation of your insurance (I learn from experience)! With this being said Alan Jay has lost our business & we will not be recommending them to anyone! I would like to add that while Alan Jay in Wauchula upper management has very poor customer service Alan Jay Sebring stepped up & fixed the problem. They are replacing the windshield even though it had nothing to do with their dealership. The General Manager from Alan Jay Sebring James Wilbanks reach out to us & went out of his way to fix another dealership's problem. So if you are in the need for a vehicle go see Sebring Alan Jay.
