Yes, the mall is more empty than full, on the other hand the food is delicious, employees are friendly, very clean and great for a day out!! ❤️❤️

Wish there were more stores to shop there, but seems like the covid pandemic and online shopping kinda ended up ruining the mall experience, since a lot of shops in the mall either went bankrupt or closed due to poor sales. It used to be bustling back in the early 2000s when I moved to Albany GA, but like I said, things happened. It's still a nice place to shop, but there needs to be new stores and shops to visit.

Bring back the mall is an understatement they have all the room. Just need new ideas. Try bringing in a jazz, blues singer once a month. Magician face painting on the weekends for kids. Just push you can do it

Great place to hang and shop but recently a lot of stores have closed due to bankruptcy or other unknown reasons. They have yet to replace them with anything else so it is empty but there’s still a few family faves there like Old Navy the pet shop Childrens place and bath and body Works and also some great restaurants to dine at and Chuck E. Cheese is always a winner for the kids.

Not sure if they are going completely under or what's up with the lack of stores, but you could at least vacuum the carpet. Keep it clean for the people that do patronize the establishment.

Mall is on its last leg from what I guess. Half the stores are out of business and the other half is there. You had more workers than shoppers.
I will say they have a display of children's artwork which is really beautiful and inspiring. I would like a few pieces for my house.

This mall has everything but customers. If you want to help the local community, get something from the mall. Some stores have 75% off savings.

Just like most malls these days, there are A LOT of empty storefronts. But at least it was pretty clean, so that's something.
