Perfect 10! Alex's is not just for hard-core cyclists - after years they're still the best all around for kids, tune-ups, and those of us who have "aged-out" now and just want to cruise or ride to work. One thing I appreciate is that you can expect questions to define your needs and then they listen to your answers. Be ready to talk! We have never been disappointed or felt like we are just a credit card. I wish our own businesses were as great to our customers; they set a high bar.

I'm out on bike tour for the next few months at least. I had tried to squeeze all the life I could out of my tires which were getting old. It was a mistake to do so. I pulled in with a 10 dollar bill (I didn't have a one dollar bill) between my tube and tire. The guys got me all set up with new tires, liners and tubes. They even installed them for me while I waited. They are awesome at this place. And I was shocked at how affordable the prices were too! Thanks, guys!

Outstanding service! I had a creaking noise in my cockpit/headset under load and walked into the shop without an appointment. I was helped immediately and without any hassle. The mechanic knew exactly where to look for the issue and even had the specialized tools needed for my CANYON aero handlebars. The problem was fixed in no time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and well-equipped—highly recommended!

I've had only positive experiences with Alex's. I've been a customer since they opened in Davie. I trust their expertise for repairs and accessories. All the staff have been helpful and knowledgeable. Aaron recently got my 2 e-assist bikes back on the road after they were damaged when the bike rack failed and they tumbled down the road at 50mph.
They are as good as new.
He actually was in contact with the insurance company to document the damage. I was extremely grateful. The cost would have been very reasonable, but after Aaron communicated with them they covered the cost.
Affordable, Courteous, Professional and Quick service repairs.

It seems they take care of locals but if you aren’t expect to have a mediocre service. I have been in this store 4 times and I haven’t been able to completely a ride. First time I came for a simple maintenance as I haven’t ride in a while. After that without even 5 miles I had a flat tire and two tubes were broken so i thought it is a glass but it wasn’t. I took it again to the store and they said the tire was broken so they sold a new one and change the tube again! Well I tried to ride one more time and no even 100m again my rear tire was flat again and out of the ring. I was disappointed and I came to the store and kindly asked for a revision because obviously something is wrong ( 5 tubes and not even a ride) and they weren’t nice and apparently too busy to take a look at the ring. They said that the tire is fine which obviously it is not. Well I don’t recommend them. My time is very limited at the moment and they don’t seem to care about new customers. I have spent $250 between performance time -up, replace tubes and new tire and I haven’t ridden even once

Alex‘s bikes is one of my favorite bike shops and I’ve had over my 16 years of riding. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Alex himself does the fittings, which if you need I highly recommend you go to Alex. He really knows what he’s doing, and looks at all aspects of your riding. The session even includes a slow motion capture of your pedaling before and after the adjustment. He even checks your cleats to see if they’re aligned properly. Extremely thorough and the entire time Alex explains every single thing that he’s doing, and why it’s important to you. If I could give Alex’s a 10 on this site, I would give him a 12!
