Horrible servicio, escribio nombre mal y se lo dije letra por letra por telefono. Escribo en la tarjeta lo que se le dio la gana no lo que le pedi y aparte que todo estubo ecrito mal , lo escribio como un letra horrible. Estoy tan desepcionada de este servicio. No pidan que le escriban nada en ingles. realize the lady helping me on the phone didn't know how to write in English To Well and I Know Spanish so I Spelt Every thing out for her very nicely letter by letter First Name, last name, What i wanted on the card, she spelt the recipient name wrong she spelt the family's last name wrong and on the card she didn't put anything I asked her to I am literally so disappointed and disgusted by her lack of empathy and care for her customers.

I ordered flowers for my mom's funeral, and what should have been a simple gesture of love turned into a nightmare. The flowers were delivered to the wrong funeral home, despite clear instructions. The florist apologized and offered a refund, but I requested a 50% discount and immediate delivery of the correct flowers. Unfortunately, they arrived only after the casket was closed and more than half the mass was done.

To make matters worse, they called me the next day when I was not in a state to handle it, and when I finally called back, they assured me a refund but insisted on charging me first. I agreed, thinking it would be a typical 7-day refund process. It's been three weeks, and I still haven't received my money back. When I contacted the manager, they claimed they would need to investigate where the money went.

This experience caused immense emotional distress during an already painful time. All I want now is a full refund for the anguish they've put me through.

I should have listened to the bad reviews. I ordered a flower arrangement several days in advance (on Monday) to be delivered to a funeral home for Friday Oc. 18 , I stated I wanted it there before 11 am which was the time of the service. We arrived at the service and our flowers were not there. i did not receive a phone call or text stating our flowers would not be delivered. When we got home I called the florist and was told I would receive a call back because the person answering the phone did not have access to the records. I have not received a call back.

Great price and friendly service! They even took out a particular flower and replaced it with one of my choosing. So...basically a custom bouqet for under 30 dollars. Extremely happy with the flowers and I think she will be too. :0)

I ordered some flowers for my mom over the phone, and the guy was super helpful! Maybe ordering online is an issue? But over the phone I had a great experience! The flowers got to my mom earlier than expected! First time ordering here, but based off of my experience, will definitely be ordering again!

I just placed an order online about 2 hours ago and paid with PayPal. Never got an order confirmation and no payment was processed. I called the shop to discuss and the 510 phone number seems to be invalid and the 800 number goes to some sort of marketing phone number not related to the flower shop. This place seems like a scam and now I'm freaked out that my payment information is out there. There's no way to send an email so this seems pretty shady and I'm not happy with the service at all.

Update: Next Day at 11:30am (they open at 9am Sundays) I received a call from the shop acknowledging that I submitted an order for same day delivery yesterday and asked if I wanted to keep the order. I told him no. It was not a reliable transaction and I was disappointed because I wanted to support a local business. Can't say that I didn't try! :/

I was asked if I needed any help soon after walking through the door. The person assisting me was friendly and courteous. The floral arrangements were plentiful and good attention to details. I had my floral and other items delivered to a difficult place. The delivery was spot on time. I will be using their services again. I highly recommend them.

I ordered flowers from the website for delivery the next day. It would have cost me $43 total. Good deal! Then at 12PM the next day (day of delivery) I get a call from Alicia's telling me that the website they use doesn't always do a good job of communicating with the shop. They had just received my order and they don't carry the arrangement I ordered. They asked if they could substitute it. Sure no problem.... Oh yeah and our order minimum is $45 so your new total will be $56!!! I asked why they were charging me more for their mistake. They should have just honored the arrangement for the price I paid on THEIR WEBSITE!!! He told me that I am free to go somewhere else!! I canceled it and will go somewhere else. Bad customer service!
