This is a super cute store, and the staff is amazing! We bought a few things for my daughter including a bracelet with charms. My daughter dropped her shopping bag with the bracelet before we left the mall. A maintenance person found the bag, and brought it back to the store. The store went out of their way to track me down (via social media) to get the bag back to us. This was such a nice gesture!

All About Making Customers Feel Like Trash

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at *All About April* was so awful that I can’t stay silent. This isn’t the first negative experience I’ve had at this store, and frankly, it’s my fault for expecting any improvement. After being followed around the store as if my family and I were thieves, my willingness to spend disappeared completely. The staff hardly acknowledges you, and when they do, it’s certainly not to offer help. They’re too busy making sure their displays are perfect to care about customer service.

I came in ready to shop and spend money, but the cold and dismissive attitude made me feel more like an inconvenience than a valued customer. I would have spent what I normally do at Giggle Moon, a far superior boutique downtown, but after the treatment we received, I had no interest in supporting *All About April* any longer.

Giggle Moon is the gold standard for children's boutiques in the area—the owner and staff are always warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I honestly wish *All About April* would take a page from their playbook. Until then, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. They don’t even deserve one star.

Came in with my two children and husband to shop. My son tried on a backpack and was upset he had to take it off. He let out a few cries and immediately the women that worked there rolled their eyes and said it was “too loud” for their liking. I think the people in this store are out of touch with reality - they sell children’s clothes yet have likely not been in the presence of any in decades. I would never purchase anything here or support a store like this.

Let me tell you a story about some criminals in Naples that started a boutique …. They made it impossible for any reputable grandparent to resist their talons…. And once they got you they just won’t let go until all credit cards are maxed and grandchildren don’t ever have to wear the same thing twice…. Tragic

This is a lovely children’s boutique. Both women who helped me were friendly and kind during my visit. The selection of clothing and accessories for children is enormous- beautiful detailing on many things, gorgeous embroidery, seer suckers and other fabrics are very finely made. I was buying things for my first grandchild and I anticipated an elevated experience with clothing options the like of which you do not find at department or big box stores. This shop did not disappoint! I was surprised to see poor reviews from others as I did not have an experience like theirs. When you shop at stores in higher end areas, anticipate a little higher price. Also be sure to ask about a return policy before you purchase so there is no misunderstanding. I will definitely be back!

I consider myself a children’s boutique connoisseur… & All About April is the best I have ever seen! Just walking in..it’s a happy place to be at, light and bright! The clothes are absolutely phenomenal a huge selection of any style you maybe interested in. If you don’t have an idea of what you want you will discover so many unique one-of-a-kind items that you didn’t even know existed. if you really want something, special, unique and fun, you have to come to all about april! over the years I have purchase Deux Par Deux, Jellycat, Stella McCartney, Billy Blush etc. I have gotten sparkly sunscreen, goggles with eyelashes, Charm it! Bracelets & Charms. The store typically has a 50 and 75% off rack as well so no budget is excluded from the luxury. when I come to Naples, this is my number one Destination! I have brought kiddos in for a specail treat day, pick an outfit toy & accesorie and those kiddos still reflect on what a memorie it was for them. If you need a gift, have an interest in the unique & quality, it is a MUST GO!

Do not buy anything from this store! The policies are unreasonable. If you give someone a gift, even with the receipt they cannot return it, even for a store credit!! We were told that returns were no problem at all but they completely lied. The gift was too big for the baby it was returned immediately with tags and they wouldn’t even give a credit.
Much better off buying from the big stores or online, so many unique online shops that have excellent return policies. This store is absolutely awful.

I walked in with my wife and daughter and the lady working rolled her eyes at us. We were looking at the clothes and she just kept staring at us. We found a dress that we loved and we’re going to buy it. My daughter was looking at some toys and I asked her not to touch. The rude women told my daughter yes please don’t have her touch anything, she may have sunscreen on her hands. I would absolutely never buy anything from this place the store manager is about the nastiest women I have ever met. She has absolutely no business working in retail. This was our second experience with them being rude. I will never ever shop at this store and I recommend that you skip it also.
