On our way home from what we didn't know was our last time in a tent, we stopped in to take a look around. Ernie promptly greeted us and allowed us to take a browse around on our own time, but with a little guidance as there were allot of options. We settled on a great travel trailer that fits our needs perfectly and Ernie was there to answer questions and the buying process was effortless. Upon picking up the trailer we discovered just a few more things that needed to be taken care of, which the team was great in getting it done. When looking for either your first or next RV, stop in and see Ernie, he will surely be a great resource for you as he was for us!

My wife, Carol, and I received fantastic warm and welcoming service!! from The moment we walked in and were greeted by Ernie Baltier in sales, The rest of the staff were enjoying a pre-Thanksgiving potluck,
And of course, they extended the invitation to sit down and enjoy their experience as well, The staff are all friendly and went above and beyond in customer service. Oh, I haven’t even mentioned the trailer The trailer we purchased a Jayco. We met with Rick in finance. He explained every detail of our transaction. And gave us a fair deal on our trade-in. Let’s not forget Armando parts manager and Brian in Parts I later spoke with Armando on the phone and we requested for some accessories to be installed.

Recently bought a new travel trailer! Ernie was my sales associate and let me tell you he was beyond amazing! Helped us every step of the way, answered every question even went out of his way to answer questions on his off days. He made the paperwork process flawless and even drove out about an hr out of his way to get papers signed and finalized I highly recommend Ernie and All valley RV center.
