We were visiting for vacation and stopped in on the way to dinner. They had a HUGE sale selection, and I ended up getting 2 dresses for great prices. ALL the employees were so sweet and helpful. The atmosphere was great, and they already had tons of Christmas merchandise out and were playing Christmas music. Such a fun and pleasant experience!

I went to this location a little over a week ago during a work trip from NYC. I had never heard of the brand before and loved the store, the clothes and the divine smell the store had upon walking in! I had the pleasure of working with the manager, Lynne. I told her what I was looking for specifically and didn’t have much time to browse and look around. I told her I’d be back later and when I returned, she had found a dress exactly along the lines of what I was looking for. I tried it on and it was perfect! She was so very sweet and we had a great interaction. You have a new client with me!

I came in here last week and I overheard a manager named Lynn scolding an employee for not going over the promos with me after she actually had. The employee tried to tell Lynn that she had done her job properly, however the manager did not listen and continued to “correct” the employee. I don’t know if the owners are aware of how she speaks to the employees, but I cannot support a business that would allow their manager to treat an employee like that, especially after they hadn’t done anything wrong. I get the feeling that this is not the first time she has spoken down to an employee like that based on how comfortable she was doing so in front of customers. Lynn then dismissed the employee and came over to “help” me, by aggressively trying to pressure me into purchasing more than what I had come in for or had any interest in. Someone needs to get her off the floor, it’s clear this manager has no people skills with both customers and employees, I really wonder how she got into that manager position in the first place.

My new favorite store!! The girls were so sweet and happy to help me, everything they did was with a smile! I live an hour away from this location as it’s the closest to me but the store and employees are so worth the drive!!!

This location is the worst one I’ve been to. I used to love shopping here. At this location they had great employees and customer service until I think management changed a few months ago? The new manager belittles her employees in from of customers I think that kind of behavior is disgusting and unacceptable. I get the feeling like this manager hasn’t had a whole lot of customer service experience because she is so fake and rude. I’m not sure how she got into this position but I refuse to shop here anymore. I thought this company was Christian based, I’m not so sure anymore. I’ve also noticed with there quality the clothes barely last a year not worth your money!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Karli, a manager at the Altar’d State Grand Boulevard location in Destin, FL. During my vacation, I found a shirt I loved but couldn't buy due to luggage space. After returning home and discovering it was an exclusive item only available at the Destin store, I called and spoke with Karli. She went above and beyond, coordinating with her support team to ship the shirt to me and even included a special note. Thank you, Karli, for your exceptional customer service and support. I’m thrilled with my shirt and truly appreciate your help!

First time shopping here. Me and my sister came in right before 7 and we had no idea they were about to close. The workers were SO SWEET and didn’t rush us. We had such a good chat. They were sweet as pie. Will definitely be back if just for the amazing customer service. the cute clothes are a bonus!! 😉
