I absolutely love the store! I am a huge Alabama fan first of all, second I am a SEC fan! The only thing I truly wished there were more variety of women's clothing. Don't get me wrong I love the comfort clothing and t-shirts, sweat shirts, shorts, and sweat pants. This store had plenty of men's dressier shirts but absolutely no women's tops at all. The only "dressier" women's tops were tshirt type v cut baby doll shirts and only very few. I was a little disappointed in the women's selection. Besides that I found exactly what I was looking for except I needed a new pair of Alabama sunglasses because I broke my last pair. The very nice lady that works there told me I could try online or possibly since I was going to the game coming up try the store in Tuscaloosa. I do love having this store here in Hunstville!

Great, friendly store manager, but I couldn't find the college items I was looking for. Why aren't there spirit items for our local universities? We have colleges and universities in Huntsville and North Alabama! Huntsville also has a ton of alumni from neighboring states including GA, TN, and MS, and regional universities with engineering schools in particular. This store needs more than just Auburn and Alabama stuff, which can be found everywhere, including Walmart. Please diversify your offerings.

I traveled from Tennessee to get some new Alabama items before the football season begins next month. The sales associate, Andee, was friendly and quite helpful. There was so much merchandise to choose from and the store was neat with everything well displayed. I left with a shopping ? bag full of items ranging from clothing, jewelry, hair accessories, pins, etc. I will be going back and recommend you do the same. ROLL TIDE

After looking up the hours I drove all the way here and the store is already closed over 30 minutes before the posted closing hours. Ironically they have the hours in the window and they are still closed way before their own posted hours. Wasted my time and gas.

I would like to let everyone know that this store is awesome. I was in a panic trying to find my youngest grandson a specific AL Jersey in small. I did so many searches on the internet and Alumni Hall in Huntsville, AL came up that they had one so, when I went to check out it was no longer available. I sent a message to the store an Allie returned my message with a phone number to call so, I called and they had the Jersey that I was looking for and put it in the mail yesterday and I received it today. It was beyond my expectations. I would like to recognize Allie, Andee and Kyerra - all three of these ladies have the best customer service skills ever.

My family and I went in to shop on Monday, January 15, 2018. The store smelled strongly of cigarette smoke so we were unable to stay in there. There appeared to be only one worker there at the time, and apparently he was the one who had been smoking (maybe not directly in the store, but evidently out back with the door open to the store). He reeked of smoke himself. As a customer and a non-smoker, I do not want to shop in a place where the merchandise would smell of smoke once I got it home.

Half the store is really great. The other half is nasty and dirty with orange and blue stuff everywhere. Lol. Roll Tide. Good store with a super nice staff and some good sales.
