Fun souvenir store with cheap deals and funny merchandise. Definitely something for everyone. Manager was impolite/belittling to her staff member in front of us so took a star off.

Fantastic location. Right on Pensacola boardwalk area . Big shop. Lots of gift items and merchandise . Service was ok and could improve . They have a wide range of products .. price was ok for some items and on a higher side for some other items ..

Lots of parking outside . We got some gifts for friends and it was OK price .. they are also open till midnight for anyone to shop around after having food in.boardwalk. Overall a good experience… .

This place has everything. I’m coming back for the Guy Harvey rash guards. The place is big, very big. If you need it for your trip to the beach they will have it. Employees are friendly and helpful.

If you’re looking for souvenirs for Pensacola, this is the place to go. Wide selection. Prices are average. But you will find numerous items.
The return policy is horrible. They will be a stickler for the seven day return policy. And plus the only option is you have to have your card that you used to purchase The product, to refund it to you. No other option. No gift cards, no cash return, no store credit. It’s one and only option to return within the loud timeframe. So make sure when you buy something there, you will keep it.

Would you think the hats in this display are 50% off?
I did. But when I spoke the the manager, she said 'No", got upset and asked me to leave the store.
There are plenty of gift shops in the area. STAY AWAY from this one. Find a store that is not trying to deceive and rip you off!

These places need to stop selling baby gator heads and dead baby sharks in jars. This is not a souvenir, it's cruelty. Because of this, I was deterred from purchasing anything else when I visited. I was also shocked to see a $35 price tag on a children's hat. These places do business by offering BOGO deals, but priced individually these items are not affordable.
