NEGATIVE stars should be available for this business. I’m local, I want to support local. I am a small business owner, if I treated people like this, I’d starve to death with no income. The only positive comment that I have is large selection and variety of items. They had plenty of employees working, just not helping customers. Went to buy grandkids bathing suits, they rushed up for hurricane evacuation. They had boys(little)swim trunks on sale rack, but nothing else, okay that’s fine not a deal breaker. We find what we need and proceed to register/check out. Several employees standing around, maybe lunch break, but none of them make any efforts to assist. While we are waiting with the other patient customers, an employee walks by, another customer asks for assistance from employee, employee responds the cashier will help you. Again maybe that is their procedure. As we checkout, I grab a couple toys located right in front of cash register. We pay and leave. Unfortunately the toys we selected were damaged, not by my grandkids as they never got to play with them. We return to the store, approximately 1 1/2hrs as we let them do pool and beach first. My daughter and I returned said I needed to exchange the original and get 2 more, exact same not like was bored with those or something. Cashier said oh sorry can’t exchange. She then pointed to a 4”x5” sign that said no refund or exchange. I said look you can tell we haven’t even played with them, just need 2 exact same toys, just look it was literally 90 mins ago we purchased. Points to the sign again, might I add 99.9% of the items they sell were on this little sign. I remained calm and said, you should check your merchandise before you sell it to people and not sell defective products. She told me YOU need to check them, next time I won’t do this, I grabbed 2 more, told her there won’t be a next time and we left. Like whoa, I got it, tourist and non tourist people aren’t always honest and buy, use and return for refund. But the response alone was uncalled for. My thought is if you do not like people then do not work where people are your source of income. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else, NOT here! Sad sad sad

Fake advertising on their windows. First, "everything is 50%-75% off" <--- that's a lie! Second, "FREE FREE beach bag with any purchase over $50", BIG banner on the front of the store; we spent over $100, there are no free bags, period! Lies, lies.

Average tourist shop. Lots and lots to look at. Some good sales. Many items without prices. Next to zero store help.

Love shopping here after season when they mark lots of stuff on sale. That's my favorite time to hit this store and get cute stuff for next season on sale.

Some employees don't even speak English. Have a translation device. Speak to each other fine. Not helpful at all. Like you're not even there. Good luck getting checked out at the register. We ended up leaving our stuff and went elsewhere.

This shop has a lot more clothing than other shops like it in this area. It is also a bit more on the pricey side compared to others as well. $50-60 for a womens bathing suit is a bit outrageous. The building is pretty cool within itself though as it has a second story level. But don't hold your breath, no one even greets you when you walk in.

Didn't care for this location as they have a big sign on the front saying 3 T Shirts for 🔟 and they don't!!

We were able to find 3 T-shirts for $10 on the outside sale racks, which was really nice for me because I need larger sizes. There were beach toys & beach gear on sale too. There are 2 floors to this store & there's a huge variety of merchandise. The cashier was very nice & professional. The free beach tote bag we got was quite a bit bigger than the usual ones you see. Overall very nice experience!
