Tons of souvenir clothing! Atire for everyone in the family! We wanted a hoodie that said Panama City and guess what! Everything said it! 😂👍. Our family likes to explore and go through these types of souvenir shops! Thanks for making it fun 🙂 The only downside is the prices have gone up in the last year. But so has everything else :-(We love the compact cluttered organized chaos! 😁

Biggest beach gift shop ever seen and cleanest. Best selection on gifts for anyone. Even found both my kids names which is extremely rare. We were pleased and spend a long time looking and it was enjoyable for all of us. The cashier lady was very rude however which mage got am unpleasant checkout but other than that it was a fun experience.

So I've spent alot of money at this shop over the years as we stay alot at the splash resort. Made a purchase with a sweet cashier named Ke the night before. We might have had a misunderstanding but I bought 2 of the same swimsuits because these sizes are always jacked up and asked her if I could return one. I thought she said yes, so I went back today to return one. There was a lady working who told me I couldn't and showed me the policy.

Now I respect policy and it is what it is, but I did tell her of the conversation. She looked at the name on the recipt and said, "I know this girl, she wouldn't tell you that."

The conversation could have been as simple as "I'm so sorry for the misunderstanding but this is the policy" and I would have completely left it at that. But to call your customers liars, customers who have spent thousands of dollars at this store over the course of decades of coming down here? That is piss poor customer service. We won't be back, and I implore all of you to go down the street to Surf Style. There is much better quality clothing for the same price.

Also, if I try to return something that is clearly unused with every tag still intact, why is that a freaking problem, policy or not? I didn't even try this actual swimsuit on, the other size fit on first try. You basically took $40 of something that is too big for me and put in your pockets for a $6 swimsuit, corporate greed at it's best.

Lots of items were marked 50% off. But in reality they don't take 50% off each item.but 10% off each item on receipt which essentially was actually more money in the end that i had to pay . They overcharged me over 25$ ... not super happy especially since we traveled with 6 kiddos n trying to save a little money means alot to us. Scam artists

My first experience at this store was great. Their clothes selection was the best compared to every other Alvin's island in town so I decided to go back and shop some more. After today I will spend my money at a different surf shop from now on. The first lady we asked a couple of questions to was rude, then we asked her for help bringing something down and she huffed and puffed and when we said thank you she said "yep." Then she told us at 11:39 PM that we had to go check out because they were closing. I told her we were almost done and we still had like 20 minutes and she said no we close our register every night at 11:45 so head to the front to check out. Then she went to go get her manager to tell us to leave. We were going to buy over $500 worth of stuff and decided to leave most of it and buy the bare minimum after that. Then the lady at the front desk started speaking in another language and was mad because we wanted to pay. I don't understand what type of establishment you are running but if you close at 11 45 then change your hours to 11 45 so that people know, don't disrespect paying customers. I'm in the restaurant industry people walk in 3 minutes before we close and we have to provide amazing customer until they leave even if that is an hour after close. So I don't understand the need to be disrespectful to paying repeat customers when the building isn't supposed to close it's doors until 12 AM. Will never be back to this Alvin's island again.

Showed up at 955 pm. It says everywhere they close at 11 pm. We were turned away and told they were closing. Anybody know what time they actually close? I guess ita 10 and nit 11.

In town from wyoming for gulf jam coast, came here and the bathroom was out of paper towel and toliet paper. There was one checkout lady and 15 people in line while another worker was just folding clothes, Stood in line for a good 15 minutes to get checked out. Place needs better service. Has alot of good of items though.
