I’ve been shopping at ALX Couture for years, and it’s hands down my favorite boutique for women’s clothing! Every visit is a delight—I never leave without finding something I absolutely love. The selection is always fresh, stylish, and unique, catering to a variety of tastes and occasions.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased a dress from them and they sent me a completely different color than what I ordered. I specially ordered from them because I thought they had the color I wanted. It was like pulling teeth to get anyone to respond to my calls or emails. I finally was given the managers number and she admitted it was a mistake on their website and offered me either a refund or store credit. I opted for the refund and was clear I wanted to refunded the $14.95 shipping since they sent me something I did not order. It took over 4 weeks for a refund and that was only because I sent a bunch of texts and they only refunded me for the dress. I have not submitted a PayPal. Claim. I would steer clear from this company. I have never had such a more customer service experience and wasted to much time and it was all their fault and are still not making it right.
