Can Amazon customer service explain why the driver decided to drop the package at the gate on 33rd Street in Doral instead of going through the main entrance on 41st Street and 102nd Avenue to deliver the package to the correct customer? As a neighbor, I took a picture and delivered the package. Shame on you, driver; you are getting paid and not doing your job. @amazon.com.

"I pay for Amazon Prime. Yesterday, on the 4th, I ordered two items. One will arrive this Wednesday, the 7th, and the other on Thursday, the 8th. My point is that this has happened before, meaning it's something routine. Maybe I have the wrong idea. Also, I can only enjoy Netflix because PRIME VIDEO does not offer movies with Spanish CC (closed captions). If I'm mistaken, please clarify."

Only 20% of the drivers actually bother to read the delivery instructions. Most of them arrive with AirPods, talking on their iPhones. Horrible
