OMG I had so much fun shopping yesterday. The minute I walked in I felt welcome. Michelle greeted me and we immediately connected. She really knows her business. She’s got great taste and kept bringing more items to try. We had such fun even involved other patrons in my journey to look fabulous for my 53 Anniversary. The inventory is so one of a kind. Went to this shop with my mom for the first time yesterday. Clearance racks were outside and my Mom wanted a pair of plaid pants that were on the 40% off rack along with many other plaid pants and jackets. The red lined price was not 40% off! We asked the clerk if she would honor the advertised 40% off. She said no because there was another rack for 10-75% off. Basically, she made my 84 yr old mother feel like she was pulling a fast one. The other rack was far away from the 40% rack and as previously mentioned, numerous similar plaid items were on the rack. For what amounts to around $9., you have lost 2 customers! If you can’t figure out 40% off, just have a clearance sign up!

Horrible, I tried to return a defective bracelet and the owner refused to even give me store credit because I was a few days beyond her return policy!!! It’s defective!!! They had another one just like it on display, it is defective as well. Bad business! Another customer GONE

Hmm first time in and the 2 women, I believe owners were so incredibly rude. Not one word of, how can i help you and actually were talking and whispering under their breath. Well ladies I’m a big boutique shopper from the bay and you blew it you will never receive my valuable business. You need to take 101 Customer Etiquette. We are not impressed.
