Update:8-10-24 I would like the thank the PR team for letting the LGBT community they are welcome to shop in your stores. We really needed a rainbow sign to show we’re welcome. Way to make us feel left out it’s almost like saying colored folks are welcome. I’m gay and black proud ‍♂️?

The item I wanted was out of stock but the manager Burit made sure I still left happy even introduced me to a new style. Most stores in the mall don’t care anymore about what the consumer wants. I’m glad to see the mall isn’t a lost cause.

I waited until we had been in a few times before I wrote a review. The first time it was very busy but the employees made it a point to ask us SEVERAL times how we were doing & if we needed anything. The second time I needed assistance in the dressing room & the employee that answered to assist me stayed within ear shot for almost 15 min to make certain I was taken care of. Yesterday’s visit was even better as soon as we walked in we were greeted & asked if we needed assistance. The employee took my daughter & walked her though the racks gathered up clothes that matched & suited her body & then took her to try them on. It was GREAT! They then came back & forth several time along with helping other customers to make sure that my daughter was finding things that she was happy with. This is definitely my go to store for high quality merchandise & great customer service.

Workers are so friendly. They never rush you to buy anything but they always ask if you would like help shopping. Prices are a bit high, however the clothes are well made and in style. Huge selection of pants so if you have trouble finding pants that fit you this place has a large variety of different styles and looks of which are more affordable than Buckles. Has an equal amount of mens and women's clothing and accessories.

I was Christmas shopping. If you are looking for hoodies they are the place. Lots of jeans to choose from. They were having sales. Very crowded. Employees were very nice but very busy. They do speak when you enter store. They have dressing rooms. Nothing required to come in store like facemask!

I’ve shopped at AE for the last 16-years and won’t go anywhere else for my jeans. I went shopping with my family yesterday, but figured due to COVID, in-store shopping would remain closed. But to my surprise walking around the mall, AE was open to customers, providing everyone free masks and sanitizer before entering the store. I couldn’t believe they went that above and beyond! I am in love with AE’s mom jeans, and after yesterday, even more in love with their mom shorts. They are so comfy and provide extra room, and are just long enough where they are feminine and sexy (not hoochy or tight lol) for the summer months. The store manager, Amanda, was super helpful when I called, informing me of shipment dates, since most mom shorts in my size 0 were sold out yesterday (I was lucky to find one pair). I can’t wait to come back to get more, and really appreciate all the support and care from the staff from the Florence location.

I will never visit this store again. My husband and I never made it in the store. The girl that stands at the door as the greeter was so rude. She ask what we where looking for? When we ask for the kick boot jeans she was very nasty and said we don't have those here you can order them off line. She was rude to the lady going in the store in front of us because the lady enter in the wrong door. I mean come on it's a customer there to spend money.
